Worst facility ever...the employees look like crack heads and dope heads. As soon as you come in there they're treating you like a felon. They judge you as you walk through the door. The woman at the front desk has a very bad attitude. I had one question and before I could get it out my mouth she shuts me down by saying " I'm busy I'm busy" , however 5 minutes later another guy walks up to her and she has a 5 minute convo with him smh...I go up to her all humble and this guy has an attitude going through other people's paperwork...the security guy had to remind him that he's going through other people's private info. I hope I have to never go there again...Worst staff ever. I promise you that the whole staff look like crack heads. Smh

Why is it they have 10 computers but only 4 work. So it takes 2-3 hours to flie your claim because only 4 computers work. So they say

After completing my application for unemployment there was a questionnaire to be completed. While filling out the questionnaire a staff member came over and told me to move my purse and that I was done. I told her many times that I wanted to complete the questionnaire. She stood over me and logged me out of the computer. She then asked me if I had a problem with her, I explained I had a right to finish the questionnaire. She then stated "Most people don't even bother with that part". No apology, nothing.

My experience was pretty positive they were very informative... I used too have to wait a very long time to be seen but that have since changed from last year...
