Attiva Valley View 55+ Active Living

My first impression with the staff was with Samantha. When I asked if she could help me, she rolled her eyes and waved me in to her office. I felt like she was too busy and was put out by my inquiry. Deborah, the other Leasing Specialist was kind. The unit we were interested in was ready to move in to, but, for some reason, had not been priced yet. We've been waiting literally a month for the Manager, Jennifer, to obtain a rental rate for a particular unit. I have called 3-4 times for an update from their office and I keep being told, "We don't know, we sent an email". Today, a month later, I finally insisted the Office/Manager find out the information from whoever sets the rates and she told me if I was unhappy about waiting I could go live somewhere else! WOW! Horrible customer service. The manager Jennifer is inept & unprofessional. At this point, I would never choose nor recommend anyone to live at this community.

SENOIRS BEWARE OF VALLEY VEIW APARTMENT It looks like a resort, but looks can be deceiving. The health department called in several times and closed the down the hot tub at least once because it wasn’t clean. Maintenance people would show up without notice and treated me disrespectful and as I was senile instead of a senior with years of knowledge. My lease was not renewed when it was due to expired. They did not explain why the lease was not being renewed. I received a move out statement from Valley View Apartments within a week after I moved, however I was charged $30.00 for renter’s insurance even though I had maintained renter’s insurance throughout the full term of the lease. It was my experience that anytime the manager made a mistake, she would not admit that it was her error. She often told half-truths, bullied the residents, and passively hinted that the rent would be raised or the lease would not be renewed if the resident “caused trouble.” Many seniors living at Valley View Apartments are on a fixed or limited income and did not have the options that I had. Therefore, they are afraid to voice their opinion on the situation. This is not my opinion but what several residents told me. Please be aware of renting at this complex.

I can honestly say that I feel very safe here. Debra in the office is awesome. I realize that she's busy but she makes time to listen to whatever you need to talk about. I am concerned about a dead tree outside of my unit that I can't get them to remove. I like it that the staff doesn't bug you with a lot of common sense rules. I appreciate the privacy. Highly recommend this community. I would like to see more benches around the property, after all it is senior living.

It's really a friendly community great office staff. State of the art features.... I can call it my home with pride... Fun activities, beautiful scenery. Also large bathrooms with washer and drying area inside bathroom, room to store my ironing board inside as well.

This apartment complex will not answer their phone even in an emergency. How ever you may recieve a call back later in the week . They will only recieve one form of rent payment via internet and they make that difficult. For my mother this complex has been nothing but problems don't move your aging family member into this place..

I've lived here for four and a half years and the ownership and management has changed twice. Please keep in mind that there will be extra fees included to in the monthly rent/lease fee. water, trash and sewage will be added to your rent each month. Those important issue that the complex has is security, mail boxes and vehicles are constantly broken into and robbed at night, and the mail boxes were broken into in July or August and have not been repaired yet. As a matter of fact another unit of Mail boxes have been broken into and destroyed as of Thanksgiving weekend. Service maintenance for repairs to the units and complex are prompt and fairly well done. common are areas, swimming pool and work-out areas are well maintained. I would advise that any property owned by Cushman-Wakefield and managed by Pinnacle-Well Tower should be avoided.

I have been a resident with Attiva Valley View for 2 years now and the staff is very well helpful and they are very willing to help in all areas. My apartment is very nice and the landscaping is kept up well and it makes me very happy to drive into the community. The maintenance team is outstanding and does a wonderful job. I do attend the events sometimes as I am very busy but when I do I enjoy them and I like the transportation as well. The office team is always smiling and you can talk to them about anything.

I have lived at Attiva Valley View for the past 4 months. My experience as a resident has been excellent. I also am currently volunteering as an ambassador. I enjoy working with all of the staff. Cathy has been instrumental in making my transition to senior living smooth and enjoyable. I also would like to commend Sandy, Bo , Diego, and Trina. In addition to the staff I feel the maintenance team has also done a great job in attending to any issues I have had with my apartment. Compliments to Ray. Overall I really enjoy living here at Attiva Valley View.

The service at Attiva Valley View has been satisfactory for the last couple of years and I am very happy to say how wonderful the staff has been with me and for what I see with other residents. I do have to say as well that Mr. Ray is one of the best maintenance supervisor, every time I have a work order they come very promptly. Also Love Mrs. Trina she is on top of everything in this community, couldn't ask for anyone better. let me not forget my beautiful Sandy!! she is the most hard working women I have ever seen as well as Diego and BO. I highly recommend this community. Thank you very much!
