I have to say that Atwater Apts. are great to live in but the major part is the staff. The manager is the most beautifully spirited person and does her best to accommodate when and where she is allowed. Love her to pieces.
I love Atwater there price is the best on this side of town and their staff is awesome very helpful ! Maintenance is always on top of everything and Office staff is always finding new ways to improve community. I have not had any issues with roaches since Iv moved in a year ago.. I would recommend to my family and friends
Atwater has an amazing team that is very helpful! They actually provide better service than most properties around here! The property is economical and close to the 51/202/I10. You can get to the airport in about 20 minutes.Most residents chip in to keep the community looking nice.
Vanessa, the manager is awesome. So approachable and really nice. They get right on any repairs really conscientiously. You never feel like your request is unreasonable. Laundry room is kept clean. Covered parking is cheap. Apartment is comfortable.
