The area seems quiet, safe, and well maintained. This small park is about what you'd expect from an elementary school playground, plus two picnic tables and grills. I would have given it 4 stars, but I took one off because there's not a parking area--just street parking on a residential road.

It's a nice small park, but well maintained and fitting for the neighborhood. I grew up around the corner and spent many an afternoon hanging out in this park, if you're looking for a place to spend a few hours with your kids or something along that line, you'll be happy!
