I went to Audi Arlington specifically to look at one car. When I got there I was sad to hear the vehicle was just sold. I allowed Shawn to show me his best alternatives, but I had very little confidence we would find a vehicle that matched my criteria. Without feeling pressured or being "sold" Shawn showed me features on a similar but different model that I actually like even better... after finalizing the sale they then even watched out for me rental car on the lot until Enterprise Rental could pick it up two days later... Great customer service start to finish.

First time car buyer and the experience was more than I could’ve asked for. From the beginning Toroo provided me with all the information I could've asked for. From pictures to videos Toroo was very upfront and we appreciate how attentive he was. You can really tell how driven he is and we appreciated all of it. While we were going through our sale, 2 other customers requested Toroo and right from the start I could tell why.
