Edit: since purchasing this car, I’ve had 3 ISSUES go wrong back to back: NOVEMBER 22: battery issue. I was given a loaner car for half a day so they can “fix” the issue. Second issue: December 16: CHECK ENGINE LIGHT comes on while I’m driving on the highway; car went from 40mph to 3mph; it took MB ROADSIDE 2.5 hrs to tow me home. Was given a loaner car and returned it a couple of days later. Third issue: as soon as I picked my car back up on December 22, hrs later my battery is having issues again!!!! I’m still currently in a loaner car as of December 27. No update, not even a response email from the NEW SALES MANAGER regarding me swapping this car out, because at this point I am seconds away from contacting the office of The Attorney General of VA to start my LEMON LAW CLAIM because as a cash paying customer or even if I financed, I should not have three major issues with my car in a month! Had a test drive appointment scheduled with Paul and let me tell you: he was amazing! Paul knew everything about the cars and provided awesome customer service! After test driving I knew I would want to purchase, so I did! And I am thoroughly impressed with my new car!
My experience at this dealership was great. Howard Embden was professional, efficient and made me feel apart of the Mercedes family from start to finish. I was a little upset with him on our first encounter because he didn’t have all the information I wanted, however, he made up for it with providing me with the information the very next day. Antonio with the finance department was also great. He also was very professional, down to earth and efficient with his job. I appreciated both Howard and Antonio’s honesty and hard work with helping me to get everything I wanted. The over an hour commute to this location was totally worth it because I was treated with respect and top shelf customer service. I would definitely recommend this location and team for your car needs. I am so excited and thankful to apart of this high quality family. Thank you again Howard and Antonio.
The dealership is nice. If you’re looking for the typical car salesman Experience I promise you will get it. I looked at a few vehicles and they kept pushing the most expensive vehicle in the showroom. Declining it multiple times they insisted that they “work numbers”. The other part that was more bothersome is the judgement I received when asked about my personal life and what kind of vehicle I should be driving…. Parts of my visit were a bit too intrusive. They almost ran me over when moving a vehicle in the showroom, that wasn’t great either.
It was worth the wait! It took seven months for my car to come in but it was definitely worth it. My most recent purchase was my fifth car I bought from Alvin Daniels. He is personable and goes out of his way to make sure you receive the best customer service. His knowledge of the product, professionalism, follow up and enthusiasm about making the customer satisfied will keep me coming back and recommending my friends to the Arlington dealership. Carl in financing was extremely helpful and had great option recommendations. I'm extremely satisfied and LOVE my new car.
Gary is absolutely outstanding at his job! Honestly, the entire team is just so amazing! Customer service is excellent and the wait times are not bad at all. They will have you in and out for service parts. I look forward to trading in my 2013 Mercedes for a newer model lol I’m speaking into existence and saying that I’ll be back soon. This is my new car home. They’ve serviced my car before at the body shop as well and they are just as good!
Howard Embden was awesome to work with. Straight forward, easy to work with, showed us many options and found us the right car at a great price. Highly recommend Howard to anyone out there looking to buy.
I had such a great experience. Our sales associate Paul was the best: friendly, very knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. The other staff at the dealership from the tech who charged my car to Antonio from the finance department were all fantastic. When it's time to upgrade, I will be going back to Paul.
Brian in the collision department was handling the repair of the rear of the brand new 2022 SUV that I had just Left the dealership with. Brian was terrific! Very professional and kept me informed all along the way. I was very pleased and I am very appreciative thank you Brian
Best car buying experience ever. I grew up in Arlington my whole life and never stepped foot inside the building until today. I was promptly greeted and treated like a top priority of the sales staff. Everything was clear and transparent, I couldn't be happier about our experience at American Service Center aka Mercedes-Benz of Arlington
