Manny is great!! Really friendly and super helpful throughout the whole process. He was very patient and gave me a great deal. I highly recommend asking for him if you're looking to buy a new Audi. Went in on Monday to look at the car, came home with it on that Thursday. 10/10, would recommend.
I had a great experience there from start to finish. I had been to a few dealerships looking at different cars and felt most comfortable buying in Brookline. Jeremiah knew his material and facilitated the deal quite easily. And he's also checked in a few times after the fact to make sure I was satisfied. The test drive, trade-in, financing - all went smoothly. And I love the car!
Luis my service coordinator and Frank my service tech are top notch!!! Both were extremely knowledgeable and actually listened to me. There was no lag in communication, I was updated periodically which I appreciated. The level of customer service and professionalism was a breath of fresh air. My sales rep Jeremiah understood my situation and worked with me as I was making a brand change after dealing with a GM lemon. He listened and understood what I needed in a car and made sure I found it; herb chambers as a whole sets the bar very high. I love my Audi and I don’t think I will ever shop anywhere else or have my car serviced anywhere else. Update: Had my second service appointment and I am still giving 5 -stars!
Luis gave outstanding services throughout the hours it took to get my car serviced. He was professional, knowledgeable, attentive to details, listening to the customer and kept me informed throughout the day. He also anticipated needs such as offering the round trip Uber transport which I very much appreciated. Also, receiving the video from the mechanic performing the service on my car showing the unexpected finding of the nail in the tire allowed to have it fixed in one visit. Please share my congratulations and positive feedback with Steven Claudio who is an exemplary manager and leads a great team at this Audi dealership on route 9.
Just picked up my 2023 RS 3; being a high demand car I knew working with pricing would be tough walking into it. After working with Felix my nerves were immediately put at ease. Felix was extremely informative, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout my entire buying process. Thanks to him, the assistant manager, and the general manager, everything was extremely fluid and transparent. I cannot recommend Audi of Brookline enough, they were great. Two weeks ago I purchased a Q3 from this dealership with the help of Xavier. I walked in with no expectations of finding a car that day, Xavier found exactly what I was looking for and was incredibly knowledgeable about the car and transparent throughout the entire process. He and the finance team answered all my questions and made the process for financing, registration, and pickup seamless. I cannot speak highly enough of how attentive Xavier was. I look forward to doing business with this dealership in the years to come.
I had a wonderful time buying an A4 here. My sales point of contact, Tyler Hopkins was very easy to work with, professional and prompt in his responses. He helped me get a great deal at the dealership and was especially helpful in explaining all the perks of becoming an A4 owner. The show room itself is beautiful and sets a warm ambience. I would definitely recommend Audi Brookline to anyone considering buying a new Audi!
One of the easiest dealerships to work with. Jeremiah Wall was amazing. He had a no pressure sales approach and was 100% committed to making sure I was satisfied. He was extremely knowledgeable about Audi’s, was available to answer my questions whenever I called, and listened to my needs and made sure they were met. My experience was that of being catered too and luxury. I’d highly recommend reaching out to him and this dealership.
Very professional , friendly and dependable dealership. From the beginning , our salesman Ahmad , treated my husband and I very well. He made us feel Comfortable with our purchase . The car had some body damage from previous owner which was taken care of by the dealership and they were extremely responsive to our emails and questions.
Very disappointed with our experience with this dealership. We made an appointment to test drive an Audi A3 e-tron. The lady on the phone, Amanda, promised us it was charged and ready to go and that she would double check. We drove 2 hours in a stormy weather only to find out the battery was dead, and there was barely any gas in the tank. Wasn’t able to test drive the car even though we made an appointment and was promised it “was” charged. The salesperson working with us told us the charger was busy? So, why promising us it was charged? No one apologized, nothing. 2 stars for our salesman, Manuel. He was a sweet person. Ended up leaving. Would not recommend.
