Went to put $15 in just to get home and fill up at a reasonably priced station elsewhere and the pump handle locked so it filled my tank instead… at $5.59 a gallon.
DO NOT COME HERE. They won’t come out at the Full Service pump, and if you don’t notice that the full service gas is $1 per gallon more than the other pumps and you decide to pump you’re own gas like I did, they will not refund the difference that they’re charging to PUMP THE GAS FOR YOU. These people are lazy, and borderline thieves. Find a different gas station.
Christian helped me with an oil change noticed things wrong with my vehicle and told me! Super awesome guidance and service!! He’s personable, knowledgeable and will assist via the phone 100%. That’s the man himself!!!
Absolutely terrible service; do not bring your car here for repairs. $260 for a replacement of my gas cap when my check engine light was on, but didn’t notify me of the fix before they went ahead with it. The Mechanic said that the engine light is on because the gas cap is loose. The next day, my check engine light is still on and only then do they run the diagnostic, telling me it’s a code issue. They then tell me that they adjusted the proper codes, but the check engine light is on yet again the next day. When I returned, they told me that the problem might be with various physical parts, after having already told me that the issue was with other things two separate times. After all the back and forth, I decided to cut my losses and will be taking my car elsewhere so that it can actually be fixed. I managed to get a refund, but the manager said it is not their fault. Do not come here!
Meh.. Full service takes too long and I just paid 40 bucks for 10 gallons regular. So I paid 60¢ more per gallon for longer time filling up cause the guy had to pre pay. Thought $40 would cover my 13 gallon tank, but had to give more money for the guy to go back and pre pay again. Friendly enough I suppose but not worth it
These people can join the HALL OF SHAME thanks to that so-called crook mechanic they hired recently. I always change my car every four years in order to avoid taking it to the mechanic. I needed some oil change and the mechanic there told me that I needed to change something that had to do with the wheels It's a brand new car and has 7000 miles. And from the way he explained it to me it didn't look like anything major. Well, what was supposed to be an oil change winded up costing me $600.00. The people who work there are usually very nice and courteous but it looks like after the confinement, the owner is looking for dishonest ways to catch up. Shame on them!!!
The rear windshield of my car totally shattered just up the street from this shop at a time when all glass repair shops were closed. I couldn't take the car home because I only have street parking. The AAA guy who towed me said he could take it here, they worked with these guys a lot, the car would be safe and I could figure out what to do next. I got a phone call in the morning from a guy yelling at me to get this car off his property because he couldn't do glass repair and asking me what I was thinking to have it towed there. I have until noon to get it off his property. No sympathy. He expects me to drive it off the lot with a completely shattered back windshield.
Absolutely terrible service, do not bring your car here for repairs. $480 for a fix when my check engine light was on rear oxygen sensor supposedly, once I okay this fix I get a call that it didn’t actually fix the problem, the check engine light is still on. How hard is it to plug into the system and see the code for what’s causing the light to be on? And the worst part, he still didn’t know what to do to fix it. Needless to say, I will be taking my car elsewhere so that it can actually be fixed. Save yourself the headache and the $$ and do not go to Audy’s Mobil.
So I took my car to this place last week to get inspected. My headlight was out and the check engine light was on. I asked them to fix the check engine light issue, replace the headlight, and inspect the car. I got a call later that day saying my car was ready, but I couldn't come in so I picked it up the next day. When I came in, they tried to charge me $250 to fix a thermostat, they had not replaced the headlight, and they had not conducted the inspection. I paid them because I agreed to the repair, though a new thermostat is about $30 and takes about 30 minutes to install at their $90 per hour rate, that should have been somewhere around $80. It was 8 pm at night, so I couldn't get my car inspected that day. I returned a week later to get my car inspected and was told that their machine was "down" and that they were likely down "throughout the state." I proceeded to get the run-around between three people, none of whom were willing to answer my question of whether I could leave my car to get inspected. They were extremely rude, didn't care they hadn't performed the work we agreed to, and could not care less about the fact I needed an inspection. The longer our conversation went on, the more hostile they became. Even the cashier started just repeating to me that the machine was "down." I brought it to another place near my house and received prompt and friendly service. This place is a dumpster fire full of disrespectful, borderline incompetent mechanics. Avoid it all costs and go anywhere else.
Great little convenient store attached to a gas station
