I came to the Central location today for the second time in the last three days. The first time, I left the office with the message that they would call me regarding the price, but I never received the call, so I decided to visit them again. This time, I couldn't find the salesperson I initially talked to. Instead, I was approached by Lloyd, who seems to be the General Manager. He informed me that because my driver's license has an expiration date in 2025, they wouldn't even try to finance the vehicle. I found this reasoning quite strange, and despite my efforts to prove my point and at least attempt to submit the application, Lloyd refused to do it. We are a family from Ukraine who live and pay taxes in the United States like everyone else. To be treated as if we were unlawful immigrants without rights felt discriminatory. By the end of the day, it is not Lloyd's decision to approve or decline a loan for the car. Right after this conversation, we went to another Audi dealership and purchased the car with no problem. Shame on you, mister Lloyd. I will never step foot in your office again. I am giving 1 star only because the sales guy, Hunter, was very polite, even though he didn't call me as promised.
I can’t recommend this dealership. The internet sales guy, Christian, was a great and I have no problems with him. The actual sales consultant, Andre, didn’t at all seem interested in showing me vehicles. Now, he did show me some vehicles, but it felt like he didn’t want to be there. He was dry in conversation and everything. He just wasn’t welcoming. It’s the reason why I never returned to the dealership for the vehicle. I will admit that I did schedule more appointments to come back, but each time I just thought about what I felt, and ultimately decided against going. I just didn’t feel welcomed at this dealership.
I had the most wonderful positive customer service anyone could imagine.. Yuli was amazing and helped me get the exact SUV that I wanted . He gained my trust right away. Oscar and Alex were also very helpful. And also, Heidi was wonderful. It was a great experience.
Stunningly inefficient service. Happily waited a week for an appointment but then the car sat 2 days without a tech being assigned. Tech only assigned after me complaining, perhaps because this was recall service. Plenty of staff milling around, many on phones. Waited 15 min for vehicle pickup and had to drive out the wrong way to exit. Need to drop half the staff and recruit from chick-fil-a…
I hade an excellent experience at Audi Central Houston. I came here to buy my first care and they helped me every step of the way and made sure I understood the whole process. I would like to say a big thanks to my sales man Carlos for making everything go smoothly and giving me an exceptional experience as a first time car buyer. 100% recommend.
Andre is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and Jamie went above and beyond to get the exact car I wanted from another dealership. They both worked hard on getting me the price and financing deal I needed to make the deal work. No pushy sales tactics. I'm a returning customer and I'll be back again when it's time to upgrade to my next Audi.
I recently purchased the Audi Q8 and couldn't be happier. The vehicle combines stunning design with top-notch performance and advanced technology. I recently purchased a CPO A3 and the experience was great. You need to ask for J Matamoros! I was not quick to pull the trigger on getting a new car and had a lot of questions. J was extremely patient throughout the process and helpful with answering my questions and I’m not the easiest to work with. I recently reached back out to J about a follow-up question on my car and he was quick to respond and happy to help. He’s the guy you want helping you find your next car! Nice, knowledgeable, communicates well, and an overall good guy.
1 star is much respectful to give for the "Part Department" of this business. I came to buy touch up paint, they said it will take 2-3 weeks. 8 weeks later, my part was still not there and they said it takes another 8 weeks. I stopped there for a refund when it was so difficult to contact them by phone. They said they will send a check instead of refunding me in credit card and it took 1-2 weeks. A month passed, no checks has been sent at all. Called, no answer or they said they will call back but never receive any calls from them. I stopped there and they scanned my receipt refund it should be in your system and told me to give me a call on same date. A week later, no call at all. No responsibility!
I hope this doesn't reflect poorly on my salesman Dave Johnson, he's been amazing. I am very disappointed with my experience so far with Audi Central and also their service department. I bought a used A5 coupe and it had a couple of issues, which were not a big deal to me and I was given a "We Owe". So I took possession of the vehicle while we waited for parts and I was so happy with Dave's professionalism and the quality of Audi, we came back a week later and bought my wife a Q3. This is where things start going south, I brought them the A5 and 2 days later they bring the vehicle back having only fixed 1 item. I also just noticed someone backed up into a wall or something and now my perfect exterior which I looked for over 5 dealerships now has a damaged back bumper. Be careful with these guys, quality control already seems to be a red flag and your vehicle isn't given the respect it deserves.
