I was nervous to come here because I some how ended up at yelp reviews, which are very outdated. I stopped to check one of the used cars but I liked the communication so much that I booked an appointment for my vehicle. Colton did a great job. He's really a car enthusiasts and loves what he's doing. Very informative and he makes sure you're satisfied before you leave!

I found this repair shop after being disappointed by Goodyear in Pearland Town Center. I scheduled an appt to have my struts replaced and when I get there they told me the technician was on vacation for a week and no one in the shop could do the job. I searched and found Meineke on N. Austin in Pearland. Colton was such a pleasant person to talk with. He let me know it would take a week for the parts to come in and what my options were. I chose to pay for the parts to be ordered and bring my car back for the repairs. A few days later Colton called and told me I could bring my car in and how long it would take. I chose to drop my car off on Thursday evening and pick it up the following day. Colton let me know what other repairs my car needed and explained which repairs tire replacement was needed most. He explained what I needed and the best thing is this shop is affordable, I didn't leave here thinking I was being robbed because I'm a female. I will definitely be returning for more car repairs will will refer my friends who live in the area. Colton helped me to trust auto repairmen again. I was looking around due to me thinking i might have an oil leak under my engine. I found this place and the reviews all stated that colten was basically THE MAN to talk to about auto repairs. Saw the good reviews and took my car up there the next day after making an appointment that night. I took it in and colten was waiting on me and quoted me for a diagnostic but assured me that if anything was wrong that the diag fee would go towards the repairs. We shook hands and told him to just let me know what was going on. He called me about an hour later letting me know he didn't find a leak anywhere and that i could come pick the car up. I was ecstatic i told him i would come pick up the car later in the work day. But then i got to thinking oh man i do need an oil change. I called him back and asked if the diagnostic was able to be put towards an oil change he told me "nothing wrong with the car so im not charging you" he then let me know the oil changes run a little high but after this whole exchange i didn't care. I paid for my oil change knowing that i would not be scammed or tried to be upsold on anything else. THE BEST experience i have ever had at a mechanic shop. Will never take my car anywhere else as long as i live around here. Customer for life as far as i'm concerned. If you live around the shop and are looking around just stop. Take your car in. I brought my vehicle in to Meineke because I was having suspension problems. My problem was diagnosed and fixed by Meineke. I liked how they explained what was causing my suspension problem. They were very professional. I will be bringing my vehicles here for future repairs.
