Great experience! I dropped by without an appointment because I had busted one of my tires while running errands. Andre was the person who assisted me and he was kind, professional, and very attentive! Dealing with car troubles is never fun, but when I can depend on the staff at Discount I don't worry at all :

It was ok. I arrived to wait for tire balance and rotation. Checked in when I got there but wasn't told that without an appointment , the wait would be 3-4 hours. When my tech finally got to me, he mentioned that... I was not waiting another 3-4 hours after waiting 30 minutes to see a tech!
