EnRoute Mobile Tire Service

Let me start off by saying I HATE buying tires. Sitting at the shop for 4-6 hours on a Saturday only to over pay for tires stinks. I searched online and found EnRoute and am so glad I did. One phone call got me to David who was able to come to my office building and install new tires within 3 hours of calling him while I worked. He was cheaper than anywhere else I checked Costco, Discount, NTB, etc.. plus he came to me and was able to get my tires today. Everywhere else had to order them with a 5 day lead time. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. He even helped a Co-Worker fix a flat while he was here. I kept my eye on them while they worked and they did everything by the book, installed, balanced and torqued them to spec right in our parking lot. If you live in his service area do your self a favor and call this guy. As long as David and EnRoute are around I will no longer despise buying tires. THANK YOU!

David was extremely professional, punctual, respectful, and friendly. I’m happy to see it honestly! Additionally, I was provided service the same day and he was done within 20 minutes. I’ll definitely let my friends know about this business in the event they have car troubles. Show him some love and give him a try, he’s worth it. I had to tip him; he was very pleasant to speak with.

I've used David / En-Route a few times now and never had an issue. Fast, reliable, good pricing and above all else friendly and honest. Will always give recommendations to which tires i should choose based upon my driving style and mileage. Whenever i've had a flat or a problem, he has been on the phone immediately and out to visit me very quickly to get me back on the road again. Would never look anywhere else, top guy, top company and so easy to deal with. Would even let him sell tires to my grandmother!

Professional, Courteous, Convenient and Fast! David and Grant are very professional, courteous. I was stranded at work due to a blown out tire and contacted David 30 minutes before closing. Due to the late hour, he could not get me a new tire until the next morning — but offered to come out and install my spare, take the damaged tire, and return the next morning to install. From beginning to end, the process was so easy and convenient. I was interested in getting a quote before requesting a service. I put in a request for the quote sometime after 6 pm and received a call to discuss my options within 30 minutes even though the turnaround time was listed as 24-48 hours. David shared three options with me that were within my budget. I was given the price and warranty. David even entertained my request to check prices on tires I knew were out of my budget. I needed time to think about the options, David gave me the time and even reminded me later that evening to share my pick since I had requested installation the next morning. The following morning, David got to my job early and was extremely friendly. For convenience, he even let me pay up front so I wouldn’t have to head back out to pay him. Wonderful experience. I made an appointment on Sunday afternoon and Grant was there with a new tire first thing Monday morning. He drove right up to my parking garage and was very pleasant. The whole process took 30 minutes. Highly recommend.
