The whole car buying experience with Jonathan Valdovinos the Internet Manager was exceptional through the whole process. I was so appreciative of his responsiveness that I was willing to drive the hour to Ontario even though a local dealership had the same car. The process once I got to the dealership was just as efficient. Everything was done and my car was waiting with a literal bow on it! Dean in finance was just as great. Efficient and friendly and no hard selling of additions. Appreciate Audi Ontario and the great team!

I want to say that this was the BEST by far experience I’ve ever had buying a car. Shawn Nabi was amazing at his job. He made me feel comfortable and I could tell he was really trying to help me get my car. I loved his honesty and keeping it real with me. I had an incredible experience with Audi Ontario. All the staff I interacted with were great but my sales associate, Shane Segal, was particularly special. Incredibly knowledgeable regarding all things Audi and took so much time walking me through all my vehicles features prior to purchase. Shane spent a significant amount of time with me and my 12 year old son who I refer to as my lawyer on our test drive, answered all our questions, and really went above and beyond making sure I was getting the right vehicle. Shane made me feel informed, heard, and above all extremely comfortable. When it came time to deal, Kevin Bolden was great as well. Kevin vs. Kevin! I felt really good the day I purchased the 2023 S5 Cabriolet and a week later I feel even better about my decision to do business with Audi Ontario. Shout out to Ernie Chan closing out the deal as well. If you are in the market for an Audi please give Shane a call. Our experience with Audi Ontario was impeccable. Since we found the car we loved, we’ve been in touch with Raquel Hernandez which gave us all the information requested in no time! So great start. Then we scheduled an appointment at the dealership. The car was even better than in pictures so the process to purchase it was very smooth. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient and informative. Very grateful we met her and overall the service provided was way higher than our expectations!
