Regrettably, my experience with Mark Christopher Auto Group, particularly their Cadillac service, was disheartening. Entrusted my vehicle on mid December, only receiving it back two weeks later, the prolonged fix time was unacceptable. Working with advisor Dario was challenging due to his lack of responsiveness—he seldom answered calls, was slow in returning messages, and provided sparse updates. Moreover, the exorbitant price for the service amplified my dissatisfaction. Their overall customer service fell short, and I cannot recommend this dealership for any auto repairs, go elsewhere.

We drove from Simi Valley to this dealership because we saw great things. From the moment we arrived for our appointment, Ozzy had the car up front ready to go. My wife has the new Lyriq which expectedly has had a few issues being a launch vehicle nothing serious but upper management has made sure our service has been taken care of and the technicians have done a great job of keeping up with the technology on our all electric Cadillac!! Like to spend money on a product youll actually receive then do not come HERE. I've bought a number of cars throughout the years at Mark Christopher as well as brought in a number of referrals that evolved to successful return sales and sadly this business has lost itself in the idea of pretty much taking peoples money and not providing the customer service respectable businesses use to pride themselves on. Recently I requested a refund of my $100 reservation for an EV vehicle, within the warranted time frame to retract, and although there was a number of follow ups on my end the online sales manager I was directed to contact Greg Hess could not manage to follow thru on his. May they enjoy the last dollar I'll ever give or bring them

Alex was a great sales person and made leasing our Silverado super easy. He even checked in on us from time to time and when the lease came up he even helped us figure what to do next. Definitely ask for him if you need a Chevy or GM or caddy.
