Highly recommend this store. Great customer service and precise workmanship. Took my 2005 Honda in for warranty work only to find that the warranty had recently expired. Joaquin still took care of it and sent me away a happy customer. I've used audio express for multiple vehicles that I own and I've never had a problem. Do yourself a favor and visit them before making a decision on your auto stereo and/or alarm. You'll be glad you did.

This place exceeded my expectations. Everyone was very helpful, informative, and polite. The price was right. The installation was seamless and the quality of the audio was crisp. The wait time was very short, I was in and out that day. I recommend Audio Express to anyone looking for a new audio system for their car. I was so happy I called them back and personally thanked them.

An excellent experience all around. Everyone was extremely friendly. James was very knowledgeable about the products and listened to my needs. Bryan was great at installation with my custom Corvette. He was very knowledgeable about cars and Corvettes in particular. I highly recommend this business, especially for Corvette owners.

This place was awesome! I had a radio deck installed today, and these guys did a fantastic job. They matched me with exactly what I was looking for, no more no less. They were pretty quick with the install, and they also took the time to show me how the features of the deck operates. They also price matched for the same unit sold at a different store. I highly recommend this place for car audio needs!!!

I visited Audio Express on a Friday afternoon, because I figured they would be busy over the weekend. Something, I'd definitely recommend as it was quiet and I got immediate help. I have an older vehicle and wanted to upgrade my car stereo receiver with Bluetooth+ other fun stuff to keep me sane on car trips. I was quickly greeted by Aaron, who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and personal. He listened to what I was looking for, gave me plenty of options some definitely pricier than I intended. Eventually we narrowed it down to two units that had the options I was looking for. I picked the one that had a few more bells and whistles, but did exactly what I needed. Aaron mentioned later that he was relatively new to the store, but I really couldn't have cared less. He had a terrific helpful attitude that made the experience enjoyable. He showed me a variety of other products that were related to our conversation but not necessarily what I came in for, that demonstrated this store has a lot of items to improve your audio experience or are just useful/fun. While I waited for my installation, I spoke with some of the people that weren't even assisting me but were very pleasant and friendly. Maybe they were bored, but I don't really care. To make a long story short, I had my radio and satellite kit installed and ready in about 1 hour. That's why I'd recommend going when it's quiet if you can. Great job, guys! Thanks!

Had no expectations on my visit to Audio Express, but left impressed with the team's knowledge. Loved the way they fed ideas off of each other, and they want what you want. I told James I wanted a good sounding system and they delivered. I've had the system for a month before writing a review to make sure I've gone through the complete experience and a lot of different genres of music. These guys did a good job of tuning the system. It doesn't just sound sound like a big bass system that will beat your back hard although it does hit hard, it is well balanced and sounds closer to how it should. I had someone I know that is an audiophile ride and listen and he said it sounds "too clear", which is the best way I could describe it. It's like watching a 4K TV which shows actors/actresses flaws that you never noticed before. So when I play well mixed music, it sounds really good. Music that's not mixed so well sounds better than other systems I've heard, but sounds noticeably inferior to well mixed music. These guys not only know about the hardware they offer, they also know how it should sound.

I love this place! I just got a check up call from these guys offering to schedule a maintenance date if need be. It’s nice to be reminded Audio Express was the right choice! It’s definitely worth the money I spent here without a doubt. I’ve gotten my light kit installed here, light bar, insane system from subs door speaker to the flat screens.

This is the best place to get your car audio system installed and/or replaced. I will certainly be a repeat customer after having received top-level service from both Douglas and Joaquin. They worked with me to maintain an agreeable price point while ensuring that I received a premier-quality car audio system. I shopped between this place, Stereo Max and Custom Car Audio and I immediately returned to Audio Express purely because I knew I could trust Douglas within the first few minutes of speaking with him.

Absolutely amazing work, fast, reliable and great knowledge. I wouldn't go anyway else and will DEFINITELY be coming back soon. I highly recommend this place no joke and I'm extremely picky. Joaquin is the store manager and he definitely hooked me up with great quality subs for my 2015 mustang. Check it out you won't regret it!
