The associates here are super nice and very helpful. I came in with the stereo that I bought here many years ago that was now throwing an error code. I thought they might try to sell me a new one right away but instead they were happy to do a diagnostic and they actually ended up fixing my old stereo! I'm very happy with the service they provided me with. I recommend this location :-
Ben at Audio Express on Coors was THE best! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with kindness and took the time to explain everything. From the types of speakers, to explaining my options, pricing and setup. He was very knowledgeable. I felt comfortable knowing he was going to take care of my car and he definitely delivered. Super impressed with these guys! I called them with some questions about my auto start, they answered right away and were able to get me taken care of within the hour! Great group of guys who were friendly, honest, and diligent. Definitely recommend and will go to them if I have any other problems!
I love this place and staff. I've purchased my stereo, dash cam, car security, and back up camera from them and installed by them. Recently I had called to ask about a new dash cam because mine started to turn off and back on randomly and then just stopped. They suggested that I bring it in to see if maybe there was a connection issue. I set up the time and was told they would need it most of the day. That was fine by me. They took it back. In about half an hour they were done. I was still waiting for my ride lol. Turned out it was a loose wire. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. As you can tell they have all my business and it will stay that way.
The initial salesman I worked with was nice and informative, so I booked an install and pre-paid for it. However, when I took my truck to get the install, it was a terrible experience. The salesman at the counter with the long hair didn't care about customer service, and treated me like I was bothering him to be there. They took 2 hours longer than I was quoted, and when I asked about that, the person on the phone was rude and didn't care. When I picked up my vehicle, no one explained the new equipment, and the long-haired employee acted like he had much more important things to do than help a customer
The customer service and workmanship at this location can not be matched anywhere else in Albuquerque! Took my mom's 97 camry to have a new stereo installed. They finished the project in about 3.5 hours. Super fast! Super nice, friendly manager! And the prices are excellent!
Great service! They went above and beyond to take care of me including a custom installation on a 40 year old vehicle. I am now having them install a stereo in my second vehicle! Would totally recommend!
Went in to look for a double din stereo, there was a guy by himself, he was not friendly, not helpful and not motivated to help me. I told him price range and he just flat out told me "no we don't have anything for that price" and didn't even try to upsell me on another stereo. So I went down the street and paid out of the price range I have audio express and bought a stereo from Electric Avenue, guy even gave me a discount. Never going to audio express again, they were good back in the day but something has changed.
This was my first time coming here, I needed a new replacement fob for my viper alarm system. Brandon was so awesome and helpful! I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes! I will definitely be coming here again!
