The receptionist was nasty with talking to me not once but twice. I was there for a fitting November 1st and they didn’t put the authorization in until December 20th .

I like Dr. Ali, he is very attentive. Now it's a different doctor. The front desk use to be a lot more attentive as well. They are only open on weekdays 9-5 which makes it hard for working people. Parking is hard in that area as well.

My hearing aid broke, without notifying me the office that I have gone to for years closed. My hearing loss is severe, I didn’t know what to do, I contacted my audiologist, and she highly recommended I make an appointment with Dr. Ali at Audiological Diagnostics. The person that answered the phone, Mirvit, was very kind, she spoke clearly, and loud enough for me to hear her, and she patiently listened to my problem. I needed help as soon as possible, having a broken hearing aid was affecting my work, and all areas of my life. She checked Dr. Ali’s schedule, and was able to make room for an urgent visit. She also told me that if I had any other questions that I should not hesitate to call her back. I did have additional questions, called her, and she had the answers and encouraged me. When I walked into the office, I immediately noticed how clean it is, everything is organized, and I was checked in right away. Dr. Ali introduced himself, and the first thing he said was, “How can I help you?” I explained what had happened. He really listened and did not rush me. Then he said, “I can help you.” Then he explained what the problem was, with information that I could understand. He was able to repair the hearing aid!! It was such a huge relief! Then, Dr. Ali asked me some questions, the first was, if I had trouble hearing on the phone. My answer, “Yes, all the time!” He told me that my type of hearing aids came with an app that would connect to my phone. He said that he would set it up with me, explained how it would work, he called me so that we could also adjust the volume. It was amazing!! It has changed my life in so many ways! I don’t have to struggle to hear when I answer the phone inside or outside. I could have had this option for a long time, and the other doctor never let me know. Dr. Ali could see that my ear molds were hard, I told him that they hurt. He told me that my insurance would cover new molds that were made out of a softer material, and he was right. The other doctor never told me that, and I had been very uncomfortable for a long time! It is very rare to find a doctor that is both knowledgeable about different types of hearing problems, technical aspects, and really cares! When, Dr. Ali said he would help me he meant it!

Hello my bayridge neighbors . Usually I don’t write reviews but I want to recommend Dr.Ali to you. My dad who is now 80 who needed a hearing aide . The ladies that work in the front desk are awesome . They are very friendly and professional. Dr. Ali is also very friendly and professional. Over all my dad is very grateful to get to hear again..

He was amazing with my 7 year old Aden made him feel extremely comfortable. My son walked out of the office believing a hearing aid is not a disability but something cool he’s looking forward to having once we finished his fitting.

My favorite audiologist ever. He takes his time with you , get you the best hearing aids for your needs. No long waiting. Medical assistant there are very kind and friendly. Will recommend anyone there.

I was visiting Brooklyn from Florida and one of the receivers in my 6 year old Phonak Audeo S Smart hearing aids broke. I called a couple of hearing aid shops around town and they couldn’t help me. One of them gave me Phonak’s 800 customer service number and I called that. Phonak directed me to Audilogical Diagnostics here in Brooklyn. I called and spoke with Alex in the office after a brief consultation with Dr. Ali, the audiologist, and Phonak, Alex called and said he could replace both receivers - at no charge!! When I arrived at the office they next day, ALex greeted me and replaced the receivers and cones. We chatted for a while about different aids and that was that. I was treated very professionally, with courtesy and respect. If I lived here, this would be my audiology office.

We got from him cross hearing aid for my son and when we need a battery I contacted with them and they said they gave us 24 batteries but we didn't get , I contacted with my son's insurance and they told me my son can't get any batteries until two months Dr Ali charged him already , when I called Dr Ali's office to figure it out front desk girl started screaming to me on the phone , I think she cannot work with people it's first time I have ever seen like that who screams to the patients

Willing to give some time to solve any issues if necessary. Great audiologist.
