WOW! After two months my life has changed. Years ago I was fitted for hearing aids and had no real support so I stopped using them. Fast forward six years latter and I was introduced to Brooklyn Audiology Associates by my initial consultation with Thomas. He spent a lot of time explaining what I could expect providing his knowledgeable information which assured me I was at the right place. Everyone is so professional and friendly. Rich the owner outlined a plan for me and assured me the hearing aids that he would fit me with would address both my tinnitus and hearing loss. He closely monitors my progression and fine tunes my prescription during my follow up appointments. I can now enjoy TV, and music directly from my cell phone into the hearing aids with such unbelievable clarity, no more muffled sounds! The sounds of music and voices are so natural. Hearing aids are one part of the treatment but the care of such a wonderful knowledgeable expert such as Rich is what makes all the difference in the world. I was very satisfied with my visit to the Bay Ridge office. The people in the front office were very nice and I would highly recommend my audiologist, Max Rubin. He showed genuine care and concern during my visit.

I haven’t even stepped foot in the office yet but based off the staff who helped me over the phone I can only image how amazing these doctors are. Thomas answered all my questions and concerns, stayed on the phone with me for over a half hour and definitely eased my panic. Although I am not too happy about the tinnitus I have been currently experiencing I’m very grateful to have stumbled upon this place.

I’ve been dr Kaner’s patient for over 9 years. I came to see dr Kaner on my sister’s recommendation all those years ago. Ever since I met him I didn’t want to see any other doctor for my hearing needs. Even when I moved to New Jersey, I kept seeing dr Kaner. He is one of those doctors who treats you the way you deserve and has your interest in mind. He’s got a wealth of experience and keeps up with the modern technology. Over these years some of the staff were coming and going, but always stayed very courteous and accommodating. I would strongly recommend dr Kaner.

My hearing has improved 100% since having the hearing aids I can actually hear the TV and I can hear my grandchildren talk to me. I was presently surprised that this happened as soon as I put the hearing aids in I would highly recommend this for anyone that’s having difficulty hearing.
