Holly is wonderful, had a hearing test and she explained everything that was going on with my right ear so I could understand. She is extremely friendly and I felt very comfortable dealing with her. Would highly recommmed!

Doctor Holly Nguyen is the perfect combination of consummate professional and caring personality. She takes the extra time to understand your concerns, answer your questions and provide clear explanations of all aspects of the testing procedures and your results. She provides you with a range of options based on your results that are tailored to your specific situation. She is not satisfied until you are 100 percent satisfied. She is not happy until you are 100 percent happy. Her follow-up care is just as thorough and complete as her testing. I would not trust my hearing to anyone else.

Needed to be fitted for filtered ear plugs. Dr. Nguyenpronounced win was very attentive to my needs, and got me the best filters for my job. The plugs were custom molded to each ear, and I even got to choose which colors I wanted. She was able to get my plugs ordered and ready promptly. Highly recommend her for her professionalism, knowledge, and kindness.

Dr. Holly when is an amazing professional. I had horrible pain in my ear, and I could hear a sharp high pitched sound when people were talking to me. The sound was similar to the scratching sound on a chalk board. I went to see Dr. Holly and she helped me hear again. She even made authentic ear plugs for me to wear at night so I could sleep well. Dr. Holly helped enhance my quality of life. She is professional and truly cares about the well being of her patients. We are lucky to have Dr. Holly here in Nevada. Dr. Holly does not treat her patients like a number- she treats her patients like family.

Dr. Nguyen was amazing! She was very attentive while I explained to her why I made an appointment. She's extremely knowledgeable, courteous, professional and exudes positivity! She explained the tests she was going to administer. She explained the results very thoroughly. I would rate her a 10 if it was possible. Thanks very much again Dr. Nguyen!

She was patient with my 6 year old. And at times its complicated to get most kids to sit still early in the morning. I appreciate that she was able to get us to see her during the week of Thanksgiving. She presented alot of clear information about my sons hearing and spacious office for your visit to make sure all guidelines being followed. Thank you again

Dr. Nguyen saw my family and she was super awesome!!! Was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs and schedule. My son complained of dizziness for a couple of weeks and my primary recommended Dr. Nguyen. Her diagnosis was spot on and my sons symptoms dissipated with treatment. Highly recommend Dr. Nguyen.

The worst audiology place in Las Vegas, if the VA sends you here. You’re better off paying out of pocket for other services. Her biased opinion and assessing of examination ruined my previous military service and life. She is unable to communicate your symptoms and evaluate any problems you may have. The VA will send over the comments and evaluation of what your doctor diagnosis and comments with the examiner’s signature. I have communicated with the VA to terminate her services due to her biased opinion.

Holly provided excellent service and actually made everything very easy, She actually takes the time to get to know you and treat you like family. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a audiologist.
