Everyone was very nice and helpful. I still need a few more answers to some of the issues I'm having, but I felt like they were thorough with their testing and had some good advice. If you need to call them, do it during morning hours. If you call in the afternoon and leave a message, they never call you back. I'm never up in the mornings because I work late hours, so it took me 2 weeks to finally get through. *Update: they actually did call me back to make an appointment, but I had already made one by that time. Honestly? I think they're just super busy at this place because patients like them. I actually was not referred to them by my doctor. She referred me somewhere else, and when I Googled her referral, they had average reviews. So I did some research and ended up choosing Nevada Ear + Sinus Institute because they had much better reviews!
Beautiful practice with a great ambiance, I felt like I was melting when I was sitting in the waiting room lol! Super fast service & staff was so nice. Got to see the doctor & she was very knowledgeable with what was going on with my condition & referred me to another practice to get what I needed fixed.
Absolutely awful location. They never pick up the phone or return calls- neither the front office nor the technicians. You are better off walking in rather than waiting. They will never get back to you. I’ve experienced this over 2 years post op with this particular office. The office staff has poor attitudes and WILL power trip on the patient. They do not know how to work their phone lines and will transfer you directly back to where you were talking to so they can put you on hold for another 15 minutes. The techs will never return your calls even if you leave several voicemails. They demand masks while the staff also does not wear them. Awful care for patients here.
I had a hearing exam and test in Sept. I was told it would be 1-2 weeks for the hearing aids, it is now Jan and I am supposed to get them today I have already paid almost half of my portion after ins. 4 months and 2 payments and I really hope I get them today, and I am happy with them. Don't know what to expect for follow-up up services. Hope that is better than what I have seen so far .
Clean waiting room, bathroom. Friendly staff, techs and the doctor was Amazing. One of the best doctors experiences I've ever had. I've struggled with tinnitus for almost 10 years. I've seen half a dozen doctors in 5 major cities across 3 continents. This was the 1st time that I really had a lot of clarity and somebody was really honest with me. I felt like they went the extra mile and did so with a smile I appreciate it.
Went there for a medical problem and got well cared for. Expect to wait a little even with appointment. The times spent waiting in waiting room and in exam room was never more than half an hour. The doctor was great, giving me a high tech camera exam and sent me on my way to the next clinic for further exam and will have me back for final results. Everything gets addressed, nothing slips through the cracks.
We have been trying to get an appointment so my daughter can finally get her surgery after a referral from a different ENT but no one answers the phone or return phone calls. We have been trying for about a month now, it' getting ridiculous. They're most likely really good at what they do but we can't even schedule an appointment to find out.
I am a new patient of Dr. Scott Manthei and I must say it was a pleasure, he is a good doctor and a fine fellow and has a great crew. Everyone I dealt with at his office was top notch these folks weren't just putting in another day at the office they seriously wanted to help me to the best of their ability. I've had alot of serious health care issues lately and some very poor experiences with the health care establishment. Not only did my appointment with NE+SI do alot for my sinus issue but it was so positive it did alot for my mental and emotional well being. When I meet good people like these it just puts my attitude back in a positive place and helps me fight the good fight with regard to my health issues. THAT IS PRICELESS
I have no idea why anyone had a problem here. Even though HUMANA INSURANCE required me to drive 130 miles in rain and snow to get here the excellent service I received was great. Both appointments were fast and on time. Only wish they had office in Pahrump. THANKS
as the other reviews have stated, this office clearly lacks professional staff. They never listen to their voicemails. They ask you to leave a list of personal info on the voicemail and who knows who has that information now. The only way i got through was to keep calling back repeatedly until someone finally answered. When they did they were very rude and could have cared less that I had been trying to make an apointment for over 3 weeks. She made bogus excuses of why they dont listen to their voicemails. They offered me an apointment two months away. I only called this place because they were referred to me but i would rather pay uninsured pricce somewhere else than use this office for my care. If they cant manage their front office, how can they manage patient care?
