I prefer not to give bad reviews but in this case I find it necessary just in case someone with a serious ear infection decides to come here. If I could put 0 stars I would! My wife had a serious ear infection, she couldn’t hear out of her right ear and there was a small black discharge with frequent pain. After going to the ER and receiving very expensive ear drops that we tried for two weeks the pain only got worse. We went to an appointment with Dr Boyer, he was very rude, dismissal and after less then a minute talking to my wife he told her to use the ear drops again for another two weeks. Her ear pain got worse and her left ear started with the same symptoms. When the two weeks was up we went back and they messed our appointment up and couldn’t see us for another two weeks regardless of my wife’s pain. Went to Nevada Ear and Sinus Institute and after proper diagnosis my wife’s ear infection went away. Our whole experience with Dr Boyer was horrible, I highly recommend anyone seeking help with ears or throat go to a different location!

One of my most unpleasant doctors visits ever! He was so rude, very impatient & made me feel like I did not know what I was talking about when discussing my ear condition. Point blank, while waving his finger in my face telling me that I am wrong & that I did not know what I was talking about! I have only lived with this disease for 33 yrs. He was Very arrogant & I cannot stress the word "rude" enough. If you like being treated like a complete idiot than by all means this is the perfect ear specialist for.. For everyone else, save yourself the headache & embarrassment by finding yourself a reputable Doctor..

We were referred here for my toddler son. The doctor spends barely any time in the room with him, and never explains anything to me or my wife. He keeps having us come back with little to no explanation, and he assigned medicine to my son that he is allergic to which is something we would have identified on our initial paperwork. On the last visit when he prescribed the medicine, he stormed out of the room so quickly that my wife did not have a chance to ask him about it, and he did not write down that my son even was getting a prescription because the receptionist did not get the info and had to go ask him about it. A little time, a little education, and a little "bedside manner" would go a long way.

Had me in there 3 days in a row running tests then they have me come back the following week for a follow-up to get the results of the test's only to be told "you have a very bad hearing problem" which I already knew as this is why I was referred there to start with! Dr never did tell me the actual results of the test's! He says he's going to send me to another Dr then walk's away from me while finishing what he's saying! Never did find out what he said or get the results of my test's even after calling and asking to have them mailed to me! At 2 of the appointments the nurse call's my first name gets me back in a room and turn's out it wasn't my turn so embarrassing!!!

I've never seen a doctor so fast. He was very efficient nor rude. Some people are fast but rude but he was quick and to the point. Love, love, love him. However, his waiting room could look a tad bit better. It wasn't nasty but it needs a remodel. Other than that, he's awesome.

Less than 1 point. Billed my mother-in-law for a procedure she did not have! I'm livid! She had to wait over an hour for the appointment and then he was rude and would not explain anything to her. Bad news!

DON'T go here. Unprofessional staff. Dr. Boyer cant even hear!! How is he an ear doctor and he cant even hear? You WILL feel like you wasted your time when you come here. I was mad after visiting this doctor. Be smart, dont go here.

only got hearing tests done like every visit never told me options that i had or what i had to do to fix my problem SOMETIMES GOT SENT HOME WITHOUT ANYTHING BEING SAID OR EXPLAINED TO ME. MY PROBLEM HAS GOTTEN WORSE. THANKS FOR BILLING ME FOR NOTHING THO.
