I don't know why my review was removed. It was a workers comp case. The secretary was extremely rude. I was told to come in for an appointment I couldn't reschedule. The doctor had that day off and it was apparently my fault. Then she rambles about how I couldn't be seen anyway becuase a nose can't be fixed after 6 weeks or so after injury. Glad I was able to go somewhere eles.

I waited a month so they can see my daughter that has a lot of ear infections, so far 8 and they see her and everything wen my fine, but the fact that I needed to wait 3 months for them to do a hearing test I really find it disturbing ! Thank good I find another practice with great service ! My daughter will be seen in a week and she will have that test done that same day !!! Don’t bother coming hear !!!

This office is pathetic. If I could give zero stars I would. My 4 year old had an ongoing ear infection since Dec 2021 and her pediatrician recommended tubes to be inserted after two months of ineffective treatment from this office. The ENT made her wait an additional 6 extra weeks before even considering to insert the ear tube to drain the fluid. Then another month wait just to get the procedure. My daughter didn't have the procedure until 05/04/2022. After this ordeal, my daughter ended up with a ear infection treated by the ER while we were out of town in another state. I called the office and was advised to bring her in upon returning home and bring her in the office early morning to check her tubes because the ER couldn't confirm whether her eardrum had ruptured and if the tube was inserted. Once we got home, it was a different story. I could not get through to the office via phone because the receptionist kept hanging up the calls without attempting to even speak and this occurred several times before I decided to come in person for my child to have an emergency visit. They denied care to her and advised us to wait until her next scheduled appointment which is the last week of September or call in to check for cancellations. TODAY IS AUG 15TH,2022. To make matters worse, there are very long waits whether you are calling in or being treated. I will not bring my child back here and I regret leaving my child under the care of this practice for so long. I wish I had gotten a new referral for a different ENT sooner.

Office was very unorganized & their customer service was horrible! Their office advised myself & my primary doctors office confirming they take my ins. Filled out all my insurance information prior to the appointment & still wasn’t advised until after my first appointment their office doesn’t take my insurance leaving me with a bill! I shouldn’t be responsibility because of an error on your office staff. Causing me to have a medical bill & starting over with finding a new ENT doctor. When needing to resolve health concerns asap. Your office should be responsible for providing false information!

The receptionist Ana is the most polite and helpful receptionist I've ever had as well Dr.Say is professional and a very good doctor. Thank you for making me feel at home Ana.

Haven’t seen the doctor here yet because the receptionist gives his name a bad reputation. They treated my daughter really cruel. Also we was scheduled for an 11:00am appointment it’s 12:30pm .. All I have to say is If you don’t like you job find a new job…

My wife, and I drove two hours for her appointment. We found the reception room packed and waited 45 minutes past her appointed time. The Dr diagnosed the issue, recommended a prescription to be called into our pharmacy. Upon returning home the pharmacy informed us the prescription had never been called in. We have called Lubritz’s office 3 days in a row trying to get the prescription filled, yet with no avail. We have been to Dr Lubritz 35 yes ago and thought he was good. I think he has lost the personal touch with patients. His Staff are incompetent and overwhelmed with the amount of work placed on them. His office has turned into a cattle mill, just processing people as fas as he can without any follow up. Welcome to Socialism.

I was referred to this office by my primary for septal deviation and a perforated septum. I was impressed that they were able to get me in rather quickly within a week of the referral, however what happened after, didnt sit well with me. I left my place of employment at 12:00pm and arrived at the dr at 1:30 just in time for my appt, as I live in Pahrump, I was given the paperwork quickly and was taken back quickly which was nice. I ran to the restroom, which is on the other side of the building, outside of the office, did my business and ran back to the room to wait for the Dr. The medical assistant proceeded to take my blood pressure as soon as I sit down on my right arm. wrong arm, cuff was too tight, etc So naturally after driving 1.5 hrs and running to the bathroom, my blood pressure was a little high. No big deal. During the exam with Dr Lubritz, I had to talk louder than normal as he is hard of hearing, he examined everything and had a game plan, until the assistant told him that my blood pressure was high. He immediately dismissed me and said to get my blood pressure under control before he can help me. No recheck on the blood pressure, he didnt want to listen to me at all. He proceeded to tell me that the nasal issues are from past drug use from fifteen 15 years ago! Will not go again and am looking for a different ENT who will listen and help me.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. This place is horrible. They do not communicate anything and then get very rude or laugh at you when you try and ask questions. I had security called on me because the person that enters in insurance information entered it in error and they denied my surgery. They would not admit they were wrong or that there was an error at all and just yelled at us to leave. This place has nothing but rude employees and I would NEVER suggest anyone to get referred here or to be their doctor.
