The hours are horrible, I can never go cause they are always closed

Perfect for a treat. Very busy around 8-9, but the staff are well trained, get your treats out on time, and usually will make up for any extended wait times.

One of the key reasons to stop at the mall is for a pretzel here. This last stop in here my pretzel was a bit burnt on one corner which is why this is only a 4/5 but I think that is pretty rare. If you have young kids, there are some kiddie things close by if you have quarters.

Terrible customer service. When we asked a question they gave us an attitude. Definitely won't be going here again!

$8 delivery charge through Grubhub app for a 5 minute drive. I'm not silly enough to have made the mistake of ordering their food from Grubhub, just thought it was necessary to make note. Anyway, their pretzels aren't good.

Good taste but had to wait over an hour for a cheese pretzel dog after they forgot about my entire order.

Tasty greasy soft pretzels if you're into that sort of thing.
