We were met very courteous, the Nurse was fantastic. She was very helpful and informative about what to expect. She took very good care of my . The Vet Dr. Gutter was excellent. He was very hands on and explained everything to me. My baby got excellent Care.

The staff is gentle, kind and compassionate. My beloved canine fur baby, Bambi, is terminally I'll with cancer and the staff have been supportive throughout the journey. They even have gone above and beyond to check in during the subsequent week.

We only use their services for dog grooming and Randy, their groomer, is an expert! He is the best!

They have the best doctor's and employees in the world. They not only take care of the animals, they take care of the people as well. Love, love, love them. I just recently had to put my baby boy down and they supported me to no end. They have always been supportive, very kind. No matter what the situation was Aurora family was there. Love you guys.
