W came in on a Saturday afternoon and our socks were knocked off our feet at the furniture selection. We perused the store and at the right time Kat came and introduced herself. She gave us exquisite service and we walked out the proud owners of two tables, ten chairs and two awnings. We couldn't be happier and we can't wait until everything brightens up our decks. You should go by if for nothing else but to enjoy the displays. You won't be disappointed.

I was interested in the Bromic portable LP gas heater. Cat was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions regarding the heater, as well as sharing the difference between outdoor electric vs outdoor gas heaters. Overall a wonderful experience. Will shop here again.

SO VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Back in October, I was so impressed by the beautiful showroom and easy on line purchasing that I spent 3K on two Gloster xl pendents. They arrived in two huge boxes- one had clearly been "re packed" but, no worries because it looked to be in perfect condition. We hung them and ....one of remotes did not function properly. Upon contacting our local Atlanta AuthenTEAK, I am told, " the manufacturer is aware of the issue and will send a replacement remote and LED IN JANUARY." Super expensive pendent hanging unused....for months. BUYER BEWARE.

I ordered a three-seater and a lounge chair in September of 2021. As of October 2022 I still have not received the items. Every month I get an email saying the shipment is delayed until the next month. It would be one thing if they delayed the shipment once or even twice but actually hit their revised dates. I can only conclude they have no idea when the item will ship and keep telling me it will be the next month over and over. I cannot recommend this company. Consider yourself warned if you order from them.

I worked with Eric to purchase some replacement parts for my teak furniture. I attempted to find these parts all over the country with no luck. Eric helped me out and got me what I needed. I highly recommend working with this company if you are in the market for quality furniture.

Bought an Alfa pizza oven from AuthenTeak. Oven work fantastic in the beginning but had some issues about 6 months later. AuthenTeak stood behind the product they represented and helped get to a successful solution with no exist to me. It seems rare in this day and age that you get live person on the phone from a company that is knowledgeable and courteous. And even more rare they are accountable for a great customer experience. AuthenTeak did both. Would definitely buy from them again. Thank you Eric!

Worked with Eric Brenner on reordering our outdoor cushions. The material color was no longer available and Eric was so helpful in helping me choose new colors and getting everything ordered.
