Our drivers side window shattered on Christmas eve. I called, someone answered and was able to book an appointment for next business day. They called and kept me informed. Service was excellent and price great....better than competitors. Came to us and only took 1 hour to install. Horrible experience with them! When I called to tell them my windshield looks like they forgot the molding back on the manger said that’s not saved and they will have someone come back the next day. I didn’t receive a call or text ti let me know the time frame the company I hung up on me 3 times. I got a hold of them by having to call my insurance to contact with them. The specialist didn’t want to listen to me and asked me to send picture. Which I did and didn’t here anything from them and hour later so I called my insurance to contact them. The specialist I was working with answered and again wasn’t listening to what I was saving and then laughed on the phone. And wouldn’t help solve my concern. Will never come back here again!

I really don’t know the guy that fix my car glass name, but he’s super friendly and nice, he did a good job.
