Rather than their service; I have issues with their lack of service regarding their failure to honor their Lifetime Guarantee. I have a 2006 Dodge Ram pick-up truck. It is a work vehicle. A few months ago, the fixed latch mechanism on the rear manual sliding window fell off and the window was no longer able to be latched(locked). When I contacted their central office to schedule a replacement part be installed, the woman said they may have to replace the entire window as the part may not be available. I informed her that the window itself was operating fine and did not leak at all when closed and really just needed the missing part replaced. We set up an appointment to have the window fixed either way. When I arrived at the shop, their representatives noticed the plastic trim on the bottom of the window opening was cracked. I was aware of it as frequently long items are transported in the work truck by passing them through the window into the passenger compartment so they do not extend too far beyond the rear of the vehicle. Again, this had no bearing on the function of the window and I had not asked for the window to be replaced and I only asked them to replace the part which had come off. At this point , they said it was virtually impossible for the part to come off by itself because it was put on with butyl adhesive, basically, they were accusing me of intentionally prying the piece off in order to get a free replacement window due to the cracked plastic frame below the opening. I told them they were dead wrong as I only requested the missing piece to be replaced. At this point, one of them then insisted I walk through their entire building to their loading dock to see a new unit they had and told me to "Go ahead, try to remove the piece"; this just to reinforce their position that I had intentionally removed the piece. 1) I do not appreciate at all being called a thief. 2) I feel their feeble attempt to reinforce THEIR position actually reinforced MY position as there are no tool marks on the remaining plastic parts in my truck which would necessarily be there if I had pried the part off. In short, I do not expect anything from them. They have offered a lifetime guarantee which is meaningless. I have only requested they replace a $3.00 part and I have been called a thief for wanting them to honor that guarantee. I won't be back.

Complete Windshield replacement. Replacement was done quickly in a few hours. Price was high, ~$400 Parts and labor. Also, a lot of glass shards and pieces was left in the car console, seats and flooring, with the price you would expect at least a thorough vacuum job of the interior. Would be 3 stars but I appreciate the fact they moved up my appointment by two days but I also believe if you pay up front they will schedule you ahead of insurance paying appointments.

The team came by while I was not home and “repaired” my crack. Not even a slight improvement. Looks more like the tech took a snooze in his van and said he tried to fix my windshield. Did not even have the decency to refund me, but con me into buying their windshield and placing it on a credit. This works out well for the company, as a win win on their side!! BUYER BE AWARE!!

Great service! Fast, friendly and although a little off the main highway it is easy enough to get to. The best part was they worked with my insurance.

I just had my windshield replaced! Quick and easy! Superb service and provided step by step explanations of what they were going to do. A definite stop if you have a chip or crack, painless simplicity, replaced my windshield in about an hour! This facility has a warehouse as well - so they are more than likely to have the glass needed for your vehicle!
