Auto Mall Car Wash & Lube Center

I have been getting my car washed and cleaned here for years, but within the last year, the cleaning could be performed just as well by a child. I pay for "the works" but I get taken. It's partly my fault I admit because I don't inspect as well as I should, and then give a tip. My wheels and tires still have road dirt on them, the body of the car still has stripes that should have been removed when the car was dried. The windows are streaked...should I go on? I will not return to this car wash.

Visited this carwash today and paid for the works, upon inspection of the car there was still dirt on the doors of the vehicle, the tires and Rims were still dirty and the inside wasn't wipped out at all!!! When asked to fix it the attendant was rude and I still didn't get the air freshener I paid for! Wont be back!

The wash is ok but the attendant is rude with a nasty attitude. There were 5 capped empty soda bottles and several empty plastic bags in the passenger floorboard and he wanted to charge 5 dollars extra to clean it out. So before you go to get your car cleaned be sure to clean it before you go. This place used to be great as I have used it for years. It’s really losing its reputation with me for customer service. I’m sorry to see that happen.

The workers try to do there best, but there is a guy that walks around in tbe front while there drying and cleaning the inside and he is always rushing the workers to do a crapy job.If your going to pay that much then you shouldnt have to clean the dirt off the back and sides of our car when there done and the rims the same way.The worker was helping me clean the dirt off and his walk around boss was giving him the evil eye.I have talked to the supervisor about this problem before and nothing is being done about it so...
