Performance Car Wash & Lube Center

I am saddened by the conduct of the employees at this establishment. First, they honestly didn't know what they were talking about when giving the details of the various car washes/detail services available. I decided to get my truck detailed and it cost way more than it should have. The work done was sub-par and I had to wipe off dried wax from all over my vehicle because of the employee's negligence. The interior remained dusty and nothing was cleaned how it was supposed to be cleaned. The employees don't seem to take their jobs as seriously as they should, and for $100, the quality of work should have been immensely better. To top it off, one of the employees told me to give him a tip! That isn't good work ethic and if he were in any other country, he would be laughed at. I will never come here again, nor will I recommend this place to anyone.

I've been going to this car wash for 2yrs. I drove through the car wash and it stopped. I didn't think anything of it so I waited. I stopped getting the full service because several of my friends had things stolen out of their cars. Expensive sun glasses, fit watches, cellphones, even money . After getting my car home I discovered a small dent on the top of my car and some scratches that were not there. I tried calling but they were closed I called this morning and I talked to the girl that answers the phone. Told her the problem they told me to bring it in. I did. He said it was already there. He had never seen this before. Long story short...he denied it happen there and thought I wanted money. I told him not so just wanted them to be aware that it happen . I will never ever go there again. #anothercustomergone

The owner is very hands-on. The monthly subscription is the way to go. Best car vacuum in town.

Paid for the $9 wash with the wheel cleaner and supposedly they had a little issue with the car wash so had to wait a few mins. So while waiting for an extra 3-4 mins they upgraded me to the top of the line for no extra charge. Great customer service!! Never had an issue there.

I haven't found a better place yet. I also got the monthly subscription that makes it cheaper and faster.
