Auto Sound

I think John is one of the most honest businessmen around. He offered to help me at no cost for a job that took minutes. Meanwhile a local dealership was going to charge me $125 for an hour labor. I bought my car from that same dealer. I would absolutely deal with Auto Sound in the future.

We had a remote starter installed, have yet to test it over a period of time but so far works great. The guys were great here to work with as well. I would come back here for other installs/equipment.

Great customer service, friendly staff. They are knowledgeable. The wait time is not long at all. They were able to get me in last minute without problem and finished same day! I highly recommend them over Sound FX any day! They also offer lifetime warranty on installations as well.

I am writing this post to let you know how unfair I was treated by this company that I trusted. I had purchased a $2,600 radio put in less than a year ago .around 6 months ago the CD player stopped working .I contacted the dealer to let them know about the problem. They informed me that they Will not honor my 3 year warentys. They said they Will not honor my warenty because they no longer work with the company. I told them if they had to go to another radio brand it would be okay as long as it was of equal value. They informed me that they Will not do that either, I could buy another one from them but they Will not replace it. I am not writing this out of anger but disappointment and to let you know who you are dealing with. Sincerely Jennifer Mitchell
