I been coming here for about a year now for my car(s) to install speakers and let me tell you I thought that was some of the best service I have got. Until this year when I started to deal with Eileen and John. First of all Eileen is the best middle woman you could ask for always keeping me updated 100% throughout the process. John has been the man. He has taken care of my orders for custom T-Shirts and stickers and has sold me his business not by talking but by the work he has done and the service he has given me. I would 100% recommend Boston Audio Design for shirts, car installs, & custom stickers. Oh yea did I forget to say everything you pay is WELL worth it.

I had such a wonderful experience here. I came in and was helped right away! The staff here are very friendly and amazingly helpful. I got my windows tinted and I am in love with the great job that was done. I definitely recommend anyone to come here. The experience was great! Thank you guys!!!

Bought a radio and necessary parts from Best Buy. All I needed was installation but Best Buy was booked for over two months. No way I’m waiting that long. So I go to Boston Audio Design and explain to them what I’d like done. They were able to put my car in the garage within a half hour and had the job done within maybe an hour. They also discovered that Best Buy gave me the wrong DIN and immediately got out the correct one while advising me to return the former. The radio looks amazing in my car. Thanks guys, I’ll be back!!

Owner seems to take it personally when you ask for a discount. They were very professional in explaining to me the difference between window tintings they had with examples. It didnt take too much time to get the service done. I appreciated a lot that the owner wrote a print out that explain that in the first 2 weeks imperfections might appear but they usually go away by themselves. You get this print out when your service is done, stating also the lifetime warranty against fading and smth else. Very well thought and professional. I was not an easy customer because I did make a bunch of questions. Once the service was done, I was glad I brought my car to them. All the lines were perfect. They took the care to place stickers on the window buttons so no one tries to open them during the first days. I am only giving them 4 stars because despite cleaning the windows with water and soap, they left all my doors dirty. I had these marks of dried up soap on all doors, over the speakers too. It just bothered me because it has to do with the presentation of their service and it would have taken 5 minutes for someone to clean it.

The Groupon is very misleading. I paid $30 more, totaling $100 for 2 Windows and it looks like they did nothing. Yes the staff is very nice but I'm not happy with the tint. You can still see inside my car. Make sure they show you examples of which tint you're getting, mistake I made by not seeing examples. You might as well pay full price and get what you want. This Groupon is a scam!
