These negative reviews are funny. Herc and his people are awesome. I go in monthly for my breathalyzer to be serviced. Its true that the devices are sensitive. They will fail even if you have not had a single drink. No business owner wants the negative hype of a bad product. However, there are not many places in the boston area that service these devices. I wanted to make sure that my car had the factory look with an aftermarket radio and he did a great job doing it, changed all my speakers including tweeters, and installed an amplifier which sounds great. great job guys keep it up.

First time I stopped by to get HID KITS I though they were gonna be busy but no they put my right in these guys are friendly and straight forward when I asked them a bunch of questions. then few days later got a radio with backup camera, i didnt like the radio after a day of use went back return it as they didnt have what i wanted i had no choice but to buy a touchscreen radio from best buy...no problem no comments they swapped right up, my only issue is they they should get more double din radios and/or with touchscreen and not low profile ones...and there prices should be a little bit lower then BESTBUY
