Automobile Transport Services - Butler Auto Transport

DO NOT USE BUTLER TRANSPORT They don't answer their phone until after 1PM if you're lucky. Otherwise your voicemail will not be answered. The owner never answers his phone and if he ever responds, it will be with cryptic text messages. Their computer system is combursome and they charge a deposit before arranging for transportation. I would never use them or any other broker again. Try to find a company that actually uses their own trucks only if you can.

WOW - I have to say this was a very nice experience. Car arrived was picked up and delivered exactly when said. Never were there any extra charges, HIGHYLY RECOMMENDED I have to admit after reading a previous review I HAD to share my experience as I sincerely believe the other comments are not real. This company was and is VERY helpful up to and including working 12-15 hours a day if need be. They actually go above and beyond the call. Thank you Butler GREAT JOB!

I would recommend Butler Auto Transport to anyone that is moving long distance. The staff was pleasant and walked me thru entire process. I felt comfortable and was not asked for any money up front nor asked for any money to put down. Car arrived on time and was clean. Driver was courteous, NO COMPLAINTS at all thank you BUTLER AUTO TRANSPORT for everything, even the thank you gift I received in the mail!

I have never worked with a worse transport company. We were told multiple times that the truck was picked up from the storage lot when in fact they had not picked it up. Two weeks later we are stuck with a storage bill and the truck STILL has not even been picked up to be transported to us.

BEWARE!!! Denise will be quick to take your credit card information and charge without delivery of your vehicle. Then she will be extremely dishonest and lack integrity and not give back your deposit!
