I’m giving Avalon 5 stars because of Chris who works in maintenance here. He absolutely does an amazing job at fulfilling our maintenance requests. During the pandemic he has taken COVID precautions seriously and I appreciate him for wearing a mask while working in our apartment.
My vehicle was stolen from the building garage in December. There is zero surveillance. Management refused to acknowledge or inform other residents.
Chris and Kyle went above and beyond with providing timely and excellent maintenance to our apartment.
Great staff. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. Chris helped fixed an issue I had with my air conditioner the other day. It only took a few minutes and it was done. I got locked out one time and he helped me get back into my unit right away. Everyone is dependable and easy to get in touch with.
