Under new management as of November 2017. The new management is very good and helpful. They seem to care about the residents much more than the old management. Have had nothing but good experience with the current management.
Apartment is really good, but there is a noisy generator right outside next to the swimming pool which keeps rumbling 24/7, it really gets disturbing for someone who wants some quite and peace. It would have been better if they had placed it underground or farther away from the building.
I have lived at The Aspen since 1998 and I love it. I have been through several managers and maintenance staff and they have all been great. I have a gorgeous view and there isn't one better and especially for the rate. I have no complaints. Keep up the great work.
The Aspen is a wonderful place to live. The staff is fantastic! They go above and beyond to make the residents happy. I definitely recommend living here.
