The manager, Tamika, is ghetto and unprofessional. Definitely think they need new management. It’s so bad that I’m moving. I ended my lease early because I’m just tired of managements inability to do their job and do it in a professional manner.
Everything about my experience at Avana has been great so far. The staff are great and maintenance is responsive. I'm looking forward to the remainder of my time at Avana.
Monthly fire alarms for 20 minutes, couple hundred dollar water bill for no reason, place got broken into, place sucks
The entire office and maintenance staff is extremely friendly and helpful.. New management has been doing major renovations on the property, and it's looking amazing. On top of that, you can't beat the location! Being so close to MARTA is very convenient.
