Ashley is absolutely the best. She took my roommate and myself touring to several different apartments. She answered all of our questions and was so thorough. We look forward to being residents here. The atmosphere is so warm and inviting. Thank you Ashley for 5 star service!!
Bugs. 45+ recent Break-ins. Theft. Maintenance issues. waste disposal issues. Previous Post property taken over by MAA/mid America Apartments LLC. this property is a tragic reminder of what happens when companies stop caring about their residents.
We lived here for several years. There are some great aspects to the community, but a few that were ultimately a deal-breaker. I would urge anyone considering moving in to pay attention to the reviews of current residents or residents that are moving out. There are a lot of 5-star reviews from people that just did a community tour, so take their opinions with a grain of salt. PROS: - Very responsive maintenance team. They were generally quick to fix problems in our unit, though we did have to call them back a few times to redo repair work. Better than most other complexes though. - Looks nice overall. Beautiful park next door and a view of the ATL skyline from certain units. - Close to Publix & Kroger. CONS: - Unsecure package area. We had several packages go missing after being delivered. - The front gates were broken very often. Either they wouldn't open or wouldn't close. Imagine being late for work, because the gates won't open. More than once, I saw residents snap the plastic barrier arm just so they could enter/ exit. - HOMELESS MEN. There are literal sleeping spots set up in the bushes with mattress, chairs, and shopping carts. More than once residents have seen homeless men INSIDE the neighborhood sleeping in a common area or showering by the pools or using the bathroom. Just outside of the neighborhood, I've seen violent & mentally-ill homeless blocking rush-hour traffic, begging for money, and sleeping in the bushes. Unfortunately, the whole Peachtree Hills neighborhood is going downhill. Ask yourself before moving in, do you really want your wife/girlfriend or children around this? They get in through gaps in the fence or by climbing over the broken spots. Photos attached of the fence and homeless hangout spots. - Move-out fees. No matter how much you clean before leaving, they will charge you at least $200 in fees. This was our experience and the experience of our friends upon their move out.
Wonderful community with beautiful scenery, clean spaces, friendly people, great amenities and a spectacular location....I may never want to leave! Moving in was very easy and a pleasant overall experience. Thanks to Cedric and the rest of the staff for making this a true place to call home, they really care about this community and are quick to resolve any issues making sure you are completely settled in with everything you need. 10/5 Stars.
I just did a tour with Ashley and i can honestly say she made my day. I need to find somewhere to live and I was not having the best day but she is such a bright and positive person. I loved the community and the location too. It seems very quiet and the units are nice as well. Shout out to Ashley Wynn.
I'm not going to lie. I am annoyed that I got denied based on credit but not income. I make more than 2.5 times the rent. So now my $85 goes to the apartment complex. I don't like just giving money away. But I will say Ashley was nice. Felt like she was forcing her smile at times but still nice. So the 1 star is for her.
Ashley Wynn has been so helpful! The tour with her was amazing. The units are very nice and they really keep this community clean. She is a rockstar.
Ive moved here recently, and the community is great, apartments are spacious, the gym is fabulous but only missing a squat rack with a bar and plate weights for legs day. And the community has 2 very nice pools. I would also recommend the mail room to be more organized. And I wanna mention that Ive lived in different communities here in the US between Texas, Missouri, and Georgia as I am an international, JAYLEN is the best maintenance technician I have ever met! He's so friendly, supportive and knows what hes doing, so shoutout to him!! Keep up the best work JAYLEN!! Also, the front destroyer was so helpful and smooth when I was moving, Ashley Wynn was so great and friendly, shout out to her as well!
Ashley helped us with all our needs and expectations. She was really helpful to show us around the community facilities and apartment and made sure that the whole move in process was smooth. She and her team is very quick to address any of the issue we face.
Current Resident. Will be leaving once lease is up. Im reading some of the positive reviews and honestly just baffled. The property management is the worst I have ever dealt with and constantly attack residents when issues are brought up. The move in process was bad mainly because of the fact the apartment was filthy from previous residence, we had to hire our own cleaners before we could move in. Which delayed the whole process. The neighborhood is not safe. The security gates are constantly broken and propped open for anyone to wander in. You will never be able to reach anyone in the office on the weekend. Multiple cars have been broken into. The mail room is a nightmare and 40% of packages and mail gets lost in the mix or just never arrives or MAA sends it back to the mailer. The mailroom was vandalized a while back and the situation was never addressed. The units are spacious but falling apart. The insulation in the windows sucks, it is freezing in the winter and blazing hot in the summer.. The cost for AC and Heat will be exponentially higher for residence because of this. The gym is disgusting and I don't think it has been cleaned once since I have lived here. The only good thing about this neighborhood are the maintenance guys, they are doing their best with bad management and limited resources, at least they are friendly
