Horrible pain management treatment. They won't give strong enough pain medication. To even people that have serious problems. Not everyone is a drug addict. Some people have serious chronic pain for life. Your doctors are terrible. Physical therapy doesn't work. Post if you have the same problem.

I called Urgent Care at 10 am trying to get in to see a doctor. They told me to come in at 11am. I filled out paperwork and saw PA-C Jenna Schiefelbein after a very competent nurse listed my medical complaint and medication. I had blood drawn, x-rays taken and I was on my way before 1pm. Jenna called me back later in the afternoon with her diagnosis and a prescription for my problem. This is a great facility and Jenna was a fantastic PA. I wish I could be treated this well where I am from. Thank you!

Behind in technoogy causing major hassles for the customer and the office staff treats you like garbage. Billing is handled by each individual location so you get 10 different bills from 10 different locations in the same town. Had to call multiple locations to figure out whom I owed money to.
