What a scam! Avidxchange wanted to 'Charge Us' a percentage of our own outstanding AR in order to get paid. They also want to 'share' our email and personal information to "Their Partners". Bad.
If your a Business Owner who we do work for, we will blacklist your company and no longer work with you if your going to attempt to have us pay your overhead by using unscrupulous companies like this to do your AP.

If your company is interested in automating their accounts payable systems with a top notch company. I would highly recommend Avidxchange Inc. I have been through many integrations and conversions over the years and this was the smoothest one ever. The process is outlined extremely, the training is spot on and the install is flawless.
As with all new systems, you receive push back from the user to the vendor because people are often resistant to change. The more our users dug into the program the more they raved about it. Vendors are delighted with the ease and speed of payments they receive. Vendors can log on and track their invoices and payments - it is truly a wonderful product. I have enjoyed seeing the growth in the company since we signed up 4 years ago and look forward to what the future holds. Contact them - you will not be sorry!

We use AvidInvoice, AvidPay, CreateACheck, and PayablesLockbox. Our account rep is fantastic. The implementations went very smoothly and Avid’s support teams are wonderful. We are a fairly complex company so we encountered some road blocks during implementation, but Avid was up to the challenge and worked very hard, ultimately modifying one of their products, in order to make things work for us. I loved that! It’s rare to find a large company where team members are accessible, responsive, and hard-working, but Avid is! I have loved everyone I’ve worked with, I cannot say enough nice things about them. We have used them for over 6 years now. You won’t look back once you make the move!

Using AvidXchange, It resulted in fewer calls regarding payments and not many lost invoices as vendors are transmit electronically. Team can view Invoices when they want and have the ability to approve them in a timely fashion. Very convenient and less paperwork on our end. Happy to recommend it to others who look for AP solution.

Using Avid has helped our AP dept tremendously in being able to process the volume of invoices we have quickly and efficiently. Our approval process has now become completely electronic which has saved is time and money. I would recommend Avid to anyone.
