As an employee using this system-it needs some major simplifying. It is difficult to see how many hours you work in a day. This should be a very easy tally to find! There is way too much information making timesheets and PTO sheets super confusing and jumbled. Our company used Timeforce before. It was so simple and user friendly! One log on took you directly to where you clock it. It had only the information needed: simple, easy to read. Another tab was PTO, plain and simple-not a jumbled mess of future time off and past time off and you don't even know how many hours you have left. I hope Paycor can work on this and make it a better experience for the customer. Perhaps they can look at Timeforce and see how user friendly a clock in system can be.
