Avis Rent A Car

They're nice and quick. However, please know they do not do any maintenance or quality control over the vehicles and will rent you anything they can. Do a thorough walkthrough and do not be surprised if your transmission blows on the highway or you have no tread on your tires.

pickup and drop off were quick and easy. there just wasn't anyone behind the counter when i went in to pick up the vehicle, so at first i was scared they weren't open and i had the wrong place.

This place was rude and disrespectful. The Avis agent didn't care or want to help. Their No manager at night. All the agent care. About was going back to sleep. If you live in NY and don't have a Credit card. They going to charge you more. Better off trying a other rental company.

Pick up was very easy without any issues. Car was ready. Clean, full tank. Extension of days was fast and easy as well without any problems. Great customer service.

There was a line out the door and more people were coming. Only 1 person at the counter but he was checking out the customers in lighting speed. Most impressive employee I've ever seen. Thank you.
