Staff was very friendly they took their time to make sure u will be comfortable in the car u choose I surely recommend them to my friends.

I had reserved a vehicle for 12 noon but obtained it at 2:30. The Budget attendant stated that my return time couldn't be changed and i had to return to Newark. I called Payless and they said I could return it to Laguardia and my return time would be at 2:30. I am satisfied with my service at Payless and will use them in the future.

It wasn't crowded and I didn't have to wait a long time to be attended. Service was fast and professional.

At the counter, the person was not helpful. Actually was sort of rushed although there was no line. And the shocks on the car were horrible.

Check in and check out was professional, quick and efficient. There were no hidden fees or any other charges. The vehicle I received was great and overall it was a great experience - will recommend and consider for my next rental.
