Excellent customer service. I had a problem reattaching the garage door opener after the manual release cord had to be used. The representative who I spoke with on the phone walked me through all the possible causes and the fix. He was highly knowledgeable and very patient. I would highly recommend this company.

My door wouldn't close. Technician was out quickly. Diagnosed a sensor issue. Easy fix. Second time I've used them and will continue to do so if have issues in future.

Worst experience ever, told him was the garage sensor, but kept telling was the garage door belt. And nothing was fix and still got charged for $145 labor. Do not understand. Don’t go here.
