BEWARE, virus software. Destroyed my PC immediately after install. I had to take it to Geek Squad to repair. All in I had to replace my PC because the damage was so severe. It isn't compatible with Windows in any form. Be warned.

Stay Away from this company. I had decided it was time to breach that trust a parent has with their children to make sure that they were not be lead in to anything harmful online. I installed this software on to my kids' computer and at first it worked for a couple of days but then all of a sudden the computer screen put a large prompt from "WebWatcher" to contact support. Well my kids googled Webwatcher and could quickly see that their Mom had been spying on them. I contacted their customer support but they never would get back to me. This was a painful decision to make and one that I very much regret.

The webwatcher product has the worst customer support I have ever encountered. The E-Notify product that claims to automatically send reports has failed more than it works in the 3 years I have paid for the product. There is only online support and that is horrendous. You cannot call a human to address the support issues or file a complaint. A "Supervisor" is "impossible" to speak with. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE AT ALL!

Beware WebWatcher is Malware. It riddled my Mac with problems immediately after install. Contacted support, contacted support...good luck. This is a shell company or some kind of scam where it's backend is out of India or somewhere. You will never see your $ back but worse your system will never be the same again. DO NOT INSTALL

Broke my kid's state of the art computer, zero response from customer support, $1900 in the garbage. The software only costs $60 but replacing your computer will be painful. Terrible software.
