First off thank you. We had to put our baby down the other day on Christmas Eve, whole staff was very nice, understanding and not pushy on time we were taking to say goodbye to our boy. I didn’t catch her name but she gave me the biggest hug after loading him back into the car and that’s all I needed in that moment. It was a bit more expensive then what I had been quoted from other places but definitely thankful they were open that day and could take the pain away from my man. Hardest day of my life so I appreciate the kindness and patience given to us in that time. They tucked my boy in with a blanket and a flower and made him look so so peaceful. Bless y’all

Had 2 pups catch parvo back to back. If it wasn't for here, I would have lost them both. They were sympathetic, knowledgeable and great to my pups, husband and myself. Both puppies have made it through. They did critical care for them both during the day. And we brought them home and continued the care until the next morning. They called every morning to check on the pups I can't say enough about this place. The Dr. And staff are all very professional and I'm forever thankful they helped me save my loves. This will be our vet from now on. I recommend them to anyone who loves their animals.

My Toma is getting sick alot but I've brought him here since he was a baby for his 1st everything was done here Toma seemd to like it here at this vet ...all the staff are always so helpful and gentle with him which I think he appreciates too!!..always awsome care because he always gets better which makes everyone happy

My husband took our great dane in who had suddenly gotten sick. Dr. Clough was rude and showed no kindness towards my husband and what was taking place. He weighed 150 pds and he asked for assistance to bring him in cause he could not walk they refused. When he went back in and told them he had collapsed then they helped by bringing a stretcher out. Then when the Dr came in she said oh hes gone!!!! No kindness or empathy what so ever! She is very cold and unprofessional…. Who does this to someone who is losing a loved companion??? When I called to ask the drs name the girl that answered the phone said oh the dog that died in the parking lot…… which was not true. He died in their clinic after given a shot for pain. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Please do yourself a favor and do not take your pet there if you love them. Our dog deserved more kindness and empathy than this place gave him. And my husband deserved more respect as did I when I called to ask the Dr’s name!

They helped save my pup's life. Plain and simple. He was growing masses along his gums and they worked with me to get him taken care of without breaking the bank. Their professionalism is unmatched, and their customer service is top tier. It's over a half an hour drive for me to get here from where I live now, but they are worth it.

For Grooming Service Review: Grooming service is legit a scam. Initially came in and told them my dog needed grooming/nail cut service. I thought grooming always included haircutting and trimming which was not included. Also the clerks did not ask if dog needed its haircut too which it definitely did need and why we were there. All that was literally done in a span of 1 hour 1/2 minutes was light shampoo/bath, attempt to dry dog was still wet, and all nails and paws of fur around the nail were still long and untouched! Was asked if I was quoted, said no, and charged 45$ for no work done on my dog. Both of our faults for not clarifying the services we intended. They need to include haircutting/trim with grooming as do most other places or at least ask that to clarify what is the pet is needing before the person drops off their pet to them. Grooming word 'is very broad'. This was my first and last time I'll be here for any kind of "grooming" or hygiene. They close down too early too for a weekday business hours.

I thought this was a good place.. Until i over heard the Dr being mean about my fur baby.. And then i found out my dog was being left in a cage with out water.. He was so thirsty when he came home he literally drank 2 big bowls of water .

Best vet in Oklahoma!! I have a very mean/angry chihuahua and Dr. Cami handles him without forcing a muzzle. I've been going to her for about 4 years and the staff all still have their fingers!! The entire staff if absolutely amazing with him and my other one pom-chi, and they are very kind people. My pubs are my family, and they treat them as such, for that reason and so many more I won't go to another vet!
