Extremely satisfied with the great customer service Axiom Auto Group provided me with. The owner James was very helpful in getting me in the car I wanted even with having a low credit score. I will buy my next car from Axiom again. They have a very nice selection of quality pre owned vehicles. Thanks Again James.!!
This place is amazing James is awesome. I bought my Camaro from him. I spoke with him on the phone before going as this place is almost 3 hours away from me I explained to him what I wanted what my budget was and he was amazingly able to get me the perfect deal. When I got there the car was just like the pictures showed he was upfront with everything showed me the car fax before I could even ask for them. And a major plus was the deal was exactly what we talked about on the phone there was no hidden fees. My deal was done within 30 minutes. He made the signing and paperwork process a breeze. Best car buying experience ever if I'm ever in the market for another car I'm going here first. Definitely recommend this place. This is the most upfront car dealership you'll ever go to.
Great experience buying a used car at Axiom in Sunnyvale. No pressure, but took time to answer all my questions. The paperwork was way faster than any dealership I have ever worked with. A week after I bought the car, I had a little problem with it. These guys went out of their way to fix it, even though I had already bought the car & they were not obligated to solve the problem. Super happy with the people, process & the follow up care.
My husband and I drove to Sunnyvale to check out the car we saw on craigslist. James was very helpful and informative with the whole process, from test drives to paperworks to finalizing everything so we can drive the car home. We went in on Saturday and was able to drive the car home on Monday after everything checked out with the bank. My husband couldn’t wait to bring the car home so we took work off early, even so, by the time we get to Sunnyvale, the shop would have been closed but James stayed there waiting for us after hours. The whole time James stayed in contact with us via text and answered all our questions and concerns. Thanks James for making the purchase process fast and easy.
Most people associate the car buying experience with root canal surgery, especially at a used car dealership. Not at Axiom Auto Group AAG. My experience with Axiom was more like a staying at a hotel with a concierge desk than getting a dental surgery. James was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and most importantly a car enthusiast. I was looking and deciding between 4 cars with completely different personalities Mercedes, Porsche, Lexus, and Tesla. James patiently worked with me and provided me with information on the differences to make sure that I picked the best car that truly suited me… and not the car that I Wished could be the right fit. In the end, I decided to purchase the Mercedes instead of Porsche and I couldn’t be happier. Now every time I drive the car, I just have a silly smile on my face because I just love to be in the car. Thanks to James and Axiom Auto Group for making the experience focused on the love of cars and less about the other superficial nonsense found at typical car dealerships.
Came there for a specific car, James was very polite and helpful. He pointed out another car I may be interested in, and I was.. Enough to test drive them both.. However, ended up going with my original decision. I'm very happy about my experience there and the car I purchased from them! Very honest and friendly employees, I recommend this dealership.
Purchased a 2013 Audi A4 Premium Plus from Axiom and traded in a 2012 Camry SE. A bit of a unique situation as I worked with all 3 reps at the dealership Miguel, Alberto, and James. Miguel pre-sales - I spoke with Miguel via text and a few calls to get more info on the Audi found via CarGurus. He was extremely responsive, helpful, and willing to do everything possible to secure the best value for the overall purchase price of the Audi. Alberto on-site visit - I spoke with Alberto at the dealership. He was very friendly, positive, and helped me with the test drive and walked me through the history and process that Axiom goes through to find the cars at their dealership and the thing that matters most to the company which is reputation / integrity. James procurement - I spoke with James during the final negotiation and paperwork process. He was transparent, upfront, and honored the majority of the deal that was negotiated with Miguel. OVERALL - Transparency is the most important thing during these types of transactions and Axiom from what I've seen so far runs a clean shop. Make sure to do research on the car you want prior, but overall Axiom is looking to do what's in the customer's best interest. - The Audi is in excellent condition and as advertised! will update should anything happen - Using Credit Card or Debit Card has a 3% fee so bring a check-book!
I recently bought a car from this dealership. Yelp reviews were very great for this place and the price was good, so I decided to buy the car. As I found out later the price was lowered because they were not able to sell the car for about a year. The car has some problems that I found only when I started to drive it: leaking windshield reservoir, touch up paint here and there etc. But the worst surprise was when I went to DMV to renew my registration. The dealership didn't pay the registration for the previous year and I had to pay $600 for the car I didn't own! I tried to talk to the manager, but he declined my request to reimburse this money to me. Update - 5/31/2013: I filed a claim to Bureau of Automotive Repair and they did an investigation on my case. The conclusion: 1 It is legal. Dealerships don't have to pay for registration of their inventory. 2 If you operate a vehicle even one day on the streets, you have to pay the entire year of registration. 3 It was just bad timing to buy a car at the end of it's registration cycle. I still think that the company could inform me about this pending fee that I will have to pay. But overall the situation is not as bad as I thought it is.
Horrible experience with the sales staff. I showed up to inquire about prices of cars I saw in the lot. I immediately got short and impatient service to my questions about BMW, Audi, and Porsche models. The sales man didn't seem interested in helping me at all, even though no other customers were there. When inquiring about financing he insisted there was no way I could get it. When leaving, he yelled at me and accused me of being a "fake" customer because I showed up on a bicycle. He said "I'm not stupid, you are pretending to be a customer so you can lock your bike up here". "If you do that again YOU'LL BE SORRY". Compare that to another German car dealership down the road, with a bicycle rack, friendly service, and a great selection. Don't waste your time here.
Great service. Honest owner. James will take care of everything and won't pressure you like some others might. Will return for my vehicle buying needs.
