The smoothest car shopping experience, everyone is super friendly and transparent, total value for money. I traded in my 2012 vw Jetta for a cute Tiguan. The car is amazing and Ehsan, the salesperson who helped me made the process so easy, he is probably the sweetest and funniest person you can meet. The finance team got me the best rates from the banks they are associated with. Unlike a lot of other dealerships these guys are amazingly helpful. Sabin and Evan in the finance department made sure they explain very clearly where my money is going and do not push you into deals that are unnecessary. I like how they respect your decision and do not persuade you. They make car shopping as easy as picking up a Latte from Starbucks.

SAKAR! I had one hell of a time tracking down the specific vehicle I was looking for, and im glad my hunt brought me here. Sakar was my salesman, unlike most I had dealt with, I felt that he was very transparent and honest with me, didn't sugarcoat anything or push me at all. He was very available to all questions I had and his email and phone correspondence was excellent. Other dealerships I had worked with were having 3k+ markups on this rare car and they sold it for actual msrp, which is all you can really ask right now. The service manager I cant recall his name, sorry! Was also super honest, didn't give me a bad vibe and gave me great advice. I'm recommending this dealership to my family and any friends. I'll also be exclusively bringing my car here for services. This probably sounds like a fake review but I'm just really satisfied right now. Thanks Sakar!

I got an ID.4, and it was a great experience with David & Najaf, and Eli from Sunnyvale Volkswagen. They are honest, can communicate over text, and very helpful with the purchasing process. They did not play any games with numbers, or try to trick you when talking about the price of the car. They answered all question I had with patience even though I had a lot of questions. Good selection of colors and cars. They are hardworking individuals and you won't regret going there.

Took my car in for service- Jessica was terrific in getting me sorted. She explained the process very well and was super helpful and welcoming! She went above and beyond, helping me secure a loaner car, getting my baby’s very difficult car seat out of my vehicle, and making sure I stayed updated through the process. From start to finish every person working here was so helpful. Not at all pushy, very informative. They seemed to genuinely want to help us to find the right car for us and also for us to get the best value for our trade in. The price of the cars we were interested in seemed very fair, if not lower than other places, including online. Frank and David in particular were extremely helpful. If we need to buy another car they will definitely be our first stop!

I bought a golf GTI. It had problems oil leak, coolant leak, fuel pump and O2 sensor issues and the people here fixed it right up. Eric in service was very helpful from start to finish. My only critique is that I wish they would be a little easier to reach by phone. But that’s very minor compared to the great service they provided me with.

I had the best and the most smooth car purchase experience at Sunnyvale VW. David is responsible, responsive and helpful. I ordered ID4 in December, the order was delayed but David was able to work with me to get the car I want. Great people to work with.

The people VW sunnyvale are courteous, informative and very helpful. It's such a fantastic environment and I only bring my car there for service. The only two things, I'd make better are the ability to get a loaner car or get a ride back to my place while my car is being worked on. The people are great and I will continue to come back.

I chose this rating because i feel like your mechanics aren’t being honest with me. I got new rotors and brake pads 20,000 miles ago in May of 2021. After that i brought my car in for a few oil changes and during the inspection they gave my brakes the greenlight during the oil changes. When I brought it in i let them know my car was shaking at high speeds when breaking and driving. They checked it out and said i needed new tires, because the breaks looked fine. They refused to do further inspection on bearings, and other inspection. I spent 800 on new tires based on this inspection even though my previous tires still had some life in them. After I brought my car in again for a recall and asked them to recheck the car since it still shakes after replacing the tires. They rechecked and said i need new breaks and its $1,000…I just got new breaks why would i need them again so soon? I also had another mechanic take a look who said they were fine…
