Counted no less than 9 people "working", but only one actually helping 4 out of the 5 of us. The rest were talking with a pair of guys about their car, or wandering seemingly aimlessly...& ignored my requests for assistance. I understand it's fun to talk cars especially sports cars, but when customers can't reach items on shelves & can't get anyone to help, & with no carts available to put the jugs of fluids in to carry them from the back of the store to the register, then it stops being a store & should be called a car club, with 'members only/meeting in progress' signs out front. The one helpful guy was AWESOME when he had 2 seconds to see me, & even carried the jug of oil & filter right out to my car for me! This is GREATLY APPRECIATED!! He's the sole reason this isn't a 1 star review. I ended up just getting 2 of the 12 things I went in for, & will be going elsewhere to get the rest - someplace other than an O'Reilly's, despite being a long time customer across multiple states. I'm looking to shop at a store, where people can provide assistance when needed, not intrude on a car club's impromptu meeting.
First time driver, so it's also my first time to visit an auto shop like O'Reilly's. I inquired about an issue on steering wheel and the staff Mr.John of Sunnyvale branch was so nice to help me as to which product, the options, and even assisted in filling container in the car, with the product I purchased. What an excellent customer service. Thank you so much!
12/28/22 @ 7:25pm I went in tonight asking about rubbing compound for some paint that had rubbed off onto my car. The man at the counter was very nice and told me that he could probably get it off with some product that he had behind the counter. He came out to my car and got everything off of two different spots on my car. I will always come to this store for my auto parts needs because of the kindness of this man. I wish I had gotten his name. Hopefully management can deduce who was working at this time and give him an attaboy. I really appreciated his help & kindness!
Pathetic joke. They sell low quality parts. They have few good services such as tool rentals, and are an OK place to purchase fluids and some supplies. I needed to recycle used oil, which is a good service they provide. I called several times during a course of two weeks and they informed me their tank was full. I finally called and after they put me on hold to check if the tank was full they came back on the line and said it is ok to come. So I came there within 15 minutes of the call, and they are now telling me the tank is full. The same employee who I spoke to on the phone was telling me the tank is full. When I asked them why would they say it is not full on the phone and allowed me to head over they all had a look on their face as if they just got a stroke in their brain. This place had a recent change in management and has gone downhill ever since. Waste of time, and it appears employees are lacking normal thought process. Again, pathetic joke!!!
For a relatively small place they have a fairly good inventory. If you don't see what you need on the shelf make sure to check with the counter - twice I have got my oil filter behind the counter.
O'Reilly Auto Parts not just close to my place the stuff so friendly always get what I looking for the right parts for the right price definitely this is a good place if you guys want to go there highly recommend it
The clerk told me the dealership would probably fix my issue for free instead of selling me something. He was honest, will be back to buy from here next time
Mostly are positive, today i lost my mask, i just opened the door & ask the seller if possible give me my ordered parts and charge my card. There was no any customer in, i was the only customer. The manager Jassy very unpolite told go buy mask & back!! He could help so easy as customer service. After i got mask from some person, the manager told me i will not give to you , go get from other store!!! After some arguments his employee gave me. My leg was full of pain & he ordered more job to me. No compassion at all.
Great quality parts for my vehicles. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Prices are fair and I get the job done.
Terrible service! First, they don’t do battery replacement even though it says it online. I had a simple battery to replace and they said they can give me tools to do it myself. I said okay I’ll do it myself and then the technician that’s helping keeps giving me the wrong tools and eventually he says we don’t have the 10mm which is the standard socket for most batteries. What kind of auto shop doesn’t have a 10mm socket for tools that they lend to customers? Don’t waste your time here!
