Working with everyone at investor hub was a wonderful experience!!! I was very cautious in the beginning, not sure what I was getting in to but each person I worked with put my mind at ease and continuously kept me informed of what the next steps would be. From the time we signed the contract to the date we moved out of the house, they did exactly what they said was going to happen! The process was easy and we got everything we wanted in the sale of our home! Thank you Jen and Dan for getting us closer to retirement and making us feel comfortable through the process of selling our home!
This all started years ago, we would receive a letter every year from Dan from The Investor Hub asking us to consider selling the house and the letter said, if you're not interested in selling then please flip the letter over, it has a diagram to turn the letter into a paper airplane, have fun and please remember us when the time comes to sell,. When it came time to sell we considered all the options and we know that several foreign investors are lurking on homeowners however it doesn't take much effort to see that The Investor Hub is a local company, local employees and contractors working for a living to buy, improve and resale homes in the neighborhoods that we live in. We met with Dan twice, negotiated a price that was mutually based on the condition of the house, they never tried to renegotiate after the initial agreement, they allowed us to decide what date we would close, they covered all costs, we didn't pay a penny out of pocket, all of the staff were honest and easy to talk with, Jenn, Russel and Dan always communicated clearly, nothing out of place. We even had the opportunity to meet the family that will be purchasing the house once the renovations are completed which is something that never happens with real-estate agents. The experience was amazingly easy, honest and my wife and I are so happy we used The Investor Hub over all the other residential home investors to choose from. I would recommend this organization to anyone and everyone. Please disregard or take light heartedly the negative reviews from others, Market value is different from what you think your home is in it's actual condition and The Investor Hub does have their eye on the ball so you cannot expect them to overpay on a home above market value, after all they are in business to be profitable and provide local jobs for local contractors making a living and paying their local taxes right here in Chandler Arizona. This company buys homes and then wholesells the property to other investors or to house flippers, who update the house and sell it for a profit. They made us a cash offer for our home in North Phoenix, and we mutually signed a purchase agreement, but after the whole 10 day inspection period had transpired and our earnest money had not yet been deposited, the acquisitions manager who had presented the offer told us that his boss, Brett Kalina, had vetoed the amount initially offered, due to a market downturn. The manager asked us for 5 more days to figure out what they could do, but the company then ended up rescinding the contract and only offering to buy the home for 10% less than originally promised. We did not accept it. We are very disappointed with the company rescinding its initial offer, after having us wait in limbo for 15 days. It is not a good way to conduct business, since it's not our fault that the market "changed," and we didn't even receive earnest money as compensation. Brett Kalina never reached out to us to explain or to apologize for his decision. We advise any prospective home sellers in the Phoenix area to stay away from The Investor Hub.
A week ago I closed on my house in Surprise, Arizona, which I sold through The Investor Hub. Leandro was their liaison and he came to the house several times, and promised to make the selling process as easy as possible for us. He delivered on his promise, exceeding our expectations. Thanks to him, and Emily in the home office, every aspect of the sale and related move went without a glitch, and selling the house "as is" eliminated considerable work and stress. Investor Hub took excellent care of me. As a world war 2 veteran things have proven to be difficult by myself. Leandro came in and treated me with respect and met all of my needs, with fairness and honesty. They provided excellent resources for every part of my move. Not having means of transportation Leandro went above and beyond to help me find new apartment. Jennifer was knowledgeable and walk with me hand in hand through closing, showing care and patience. My husband and I decided to sell our home of 16 years and build new, but were REALLY, REALLY, REALLY, dreading the entire home selling process. Not many people want to have to keep their home “model ready” and have strangers traipsing through it at any given moment. Top that off with the realtor fees and closing costs, and it almost made us change our minds and just stay where we were! This is all waaaay too good to be true!” … but I’m here to tell you they lived up to EVERY SINGLE claim in that flyer! Russell, Leandro and Jennifer were all absolutely amazing to work with from beginning to end. The entire process went perfectly smooth, and they even allowed us to stay in the house an extra 30-days AFTER closing, giving us ample time to pack and get moved out. If you want or need to sell your home, but would love to skip ALL the traditional hassles that come along with that process, then you NEED to contact The Investor Hub and see what they will offer you! The price they offer is the price they will pay! No additional fees will be deducted unless you owe property taxes, HOA dues, or something of that nature. Oh, and did I mention they paid $80k ABOVE Opendoor’s offer, and Opendoor’s offer was still going to have fees and costs deducted from it! I’m SO HAPPY I received that flyer in the mail … selling my home to The Investor Hub was the best home selling experience ever!
Leandro Echeverria was my first contact with the company and he was exemplary. Professional and very competent, yet also patient and understanding. He explained how we would proceed and did not rush my decision. Later, after I had signed the contract, I worked with Transaction Coordinator Jennifer Pearson. Jennifer guided me through the process with encouragement and kindness. Her in depth knowledge helped keep me on track and she was quick to respond to all my questions. I would definitely work with this company again!
