Axis has brought value to my properties by being conscientious managers. They are partners in recruiting and keeping good tenants, keeping the properties in great condition, and always taking care of the people. Jason and Denice are the best.
I don’t think there is another company that cares about the interest of the tenant while balancing expectations of the property owner. The staff were extremely good to me and flexible. If an issue took place in my case-AC went out during summer they had a company come out the same day. If I ever need another rental, I will reach out and secure their services.
We were told to leave with no reason owner wanted to sell or something and we had left bad reviews up since the AXIS experience was horrid contractors drinking beers while cutting trees, leaving beer cans, showing up wit no notice, and lots more as well. They used the bad review over my head when the new rental place needed info from AXIS. Honestly completely unprofessional and since I took the old review down to get my family into a new house. Here is that bad review right back up!
I have been renting from Axis since 2020. Great company to rent from. The Front desk is very helpful. They are very understanding and always willing to work with me.
I love Axis Properties they are always helping me and they make sure that they are timely , also when I call I always get Denice and she is always helping me solve issues. Thank you !!

I have been renting an Axis property since March 2019 and have zero issues thus far. There was a problem with the portal allowing me to make a partial payment, but a quick call to Axis solved this issue without heartache. The garage door spring recently broke on a weekend and we had it resolved before Tuesday at noon thanks to the Axis team. The rental price for the home and location are perfectly inline with the market for the area and the application process was painless. I would recommend Axis as a property management company for a home owner, or anyone looking to rent alike without a doubt.
